Dålig frukost! Pålägg t.ex. ost och skinka saknades. Gurka, tomat, sallad till smörgåsar saknades. Mycket var urplockat i de varma kantinera. Överfull frukostmatsal både inne och ute.

Loved our room! We were in 501, which is a 2 bedroom unit with a kitchen and living area between the bedrooms. Lovely, large patios in both the front and back of the unit. Great water pressure too.

The floors didn't seem to have been swept/mopped. Seemed there was a "sand" feeling on the floors, yet there was no beach or sand in the area.

Everything, food was bland, room needs painted, bigger beds than doubles, felt like we were in an old hospital

Lots of hot water, good location, great internet and wifi. The staff were friendly

We weren’t happy with the ‘free’ breakfast. Strange noises in the room at night (I think coming from the little inside window in the bathroom)

The breakfast met our expectations and was enjoyed. Comfort Inn wifi worked reliably; no complaints. Bathroom and related utilities worked acceptably well. Above all, the building was quiet at night - in spite of hallways having hard, reflective surfaces - which enables us to sleep well. Within walking distance of the airport for those who don't have much to carry. (best to confirm this on a map app).

Only two drawbacks. First, we were assured in writing before arrival that the the two separate bookings we made for consecutive nights could indeed be rolled together such that we wouldn't have to change rooms. On arrival at the hotel however, the front desk staff saw no mention of that and initially could not guarantee that would work. (though ultimately it did, thanks to helpful staff, especially martin and "heyder" (sp).) Secondly, the safe in our room was clean and would have been satisfactory but did not work. Possibly a dead battery.

The bed was HARD, my husband had to ask for Face/hand towels more then once. There was no ICE in the ice machine. Hallways and elevator had no AC. Breakfast buffet was extremely packed and only two main dishes. Had to wait for food. On our last night it was raining and we had water in our room, we called the front desk they moved us and our surprise there was water in the second room.  We will not be staying at this hotel again. Staff was not very friendly. I want a full REFUND!!
