Not good soundproofing

location and view are really nice , big balcony to enjoy mountain landscape. spacious rooms, comfy beds. calm neighbourhood. quite close -15-20 min to the center of the town.

Wi-Fi signal was quite weak in our apartment, in living room there was no Wi-Fi signal at all. as well we didn’t find any trash bags in the kitchen , as we stayed here for 5 days it would be nice to have some extra trash bags.

The location for all day hikes is perfect. The TV worked. The photos above are of the neighbor's private home, not the facility we stayed in.

The keys needed to be picked up about 3km away at a very dark and empty hotel. There were four keys, one of which worked. The information about the keys was in the fine print in one of about six emails I received from booking and rentplanet. The apartment was freezing when we got there. A window was left open. I called. A woman told me she was sorry and that someone would be there in the morning. She also told me the temperature was 22 degrees. That can't be true - there's no thermostat in the apartment. With the open window, the radiators would've been hot. They were cold. No one ever came. My husband got the water flowing through all four radiators with his keys and a butter knife. He also fixed a shade that fell down. There was no shampoo, no paper towels, no dish towel (I dried dishes and wiped the table with one of the bathroom towels) There was 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 people for 5 days. No toaster, no cutting board, no cooking oil, no oven. There was one small, flat pillow for each person. With a wooden headboard and no lamps (only overhead light bulbs) it was impossible to sit in bed and read. The sofa bed is lopsided. It is meant for one person, not two. The sheet was too small to cover it. Before check-out, they sent a text to leave the key in the corridor. We didn't have a corridor. We had an outside entrance. This made me wonder if they even knew where we were. They certainly didn't seem prepared for us. We got lucky that the weather was unseasonably sunny and warm. The location for hiking was perfect. Had it been normal weather, the stay would've been miserable.

Nice mountain views from the terrace, quiet location.

No Wi-fi at our flat, the higher you go in the building the worse it works and in our case - none. Outside lamp in the terrace was not working, bed was so so, light switches in the dining/kitchen are were broken and the towel hanger in the toilet as well.

The best location. Nice view. The sound of the river beside the house. Nice restaurant is 2 min walk distance. 10 min to the park entrance

All depends who will be other guests. One time you are lucky but sometime the companies are coming without any respect to others. The cleanliness should be approved.

Location. Rest are just average.

There were no door locks in any WC. I mean you can't lock the bathrooms when you are inside the bathroom. Which was really annoying.

Wifi wasn't working properly

there were all kitchen utensils, a beautiful view from the window (terrace, balcony), a comfortable bed, plenty of space for clothes.

a broken freezer in the refrigerator, a broken handle on the door in the bathroom, the hood in the bathroom did not work. Nobody cleaned the terrace before our arrival (everything was in the dust). Nobody reacted to our request to fix the handle on the door. We ourselves cleaned the terrace. There were insufficient trash bags and toilet paper for two people for 7 nights. Only the second time they reacted to our request to provide us with trash bags and toilet paper.
