A helyi recepciós nagyon kedves volt, adott túratippeket. A reggeliző teraszról pazar a kilátás a tóra. A reggelinél svédasztal volt, illetve személyes kiszolgálás - tojàst lehetett rántotta v tükörtojaként kérni.

Koszos, zajos, színvonaltalan. A fürdőszobában penész volt. Nem volt meleg víz 1 napig. A reggeli szegényes 0 választékkal. Aki erre a hotelek nevezett valamire azt mondja hogy mesés az egyszerűen nem volt még jó színvonalú hotelben. Mi azért mentünk oda mert megnéztük az értekeléseket, a képeket, az pontszámokat.Teljesen más a valóság rengeteg képet készítettem a szobának nevezett kuplerájról. Legyenek szívesek a valóságot leírni ha már veszik a fáradságot és értékelnek. Röviden ennyit szerettem volna leírni az én pontszámot. 0

Waren 1 Nacht für eine Hochzeitsfeier in Altmünster und alles war super :) Sehr netter Check-In und Frühstüvk war auch suuuuper ☺️ Immer wieder!

Exceptional and very friendly staff, good breakfast, nice location with lot of points of interest nearby (restaurants, "beach area"...), free parking.
Door to the bathroom are just sliding ones, so cannot be really closed - I would prefer "normal" door that can be closed which prevents noise going from bathroom to bedroom while showering/flushing toilet, as our kid was sleeping in baby crib there in the bedroom.

Great location, really friendly staff. They'll help you with anything. Want to give bunch of roses to the staff. Thank you for everything.

Very nice lady at the reception. Free tea and coffee in the kitchen in the evening, good breakfast.
The room size and its layout. It was a very small and not comfortable room. I was glad that we stayed only one night. You open the door and you are in your bed. It was also very noisy since it is one the main road.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and caring! They gave us during the entire stay a very welcoming and warm feeling. They gave us tips for restaurants and what to see and gave us a room upgrade to enjoy the lake view. They offered help when needed in a natural and caring way. We will for sure come again as we loved staying here!

Everything was perfect! Very clean and calm, beautiful view, exceptional location, all tourist spots are really close to the hotel! An ideal place to spend the night at Traunsee.

The superior location of the hotel is a plus, one can reach all town's POI and facilities in a couple of minutes. The view from apartment's balcony is superior.
Unfortunately this superior location is rather close to a busy road, they may install noise-reducting something but this definitely kill the view.

nice hotel by the lake, perfect service, nice clean room 17 without window and fridge (shared in the corridor), good breakfast, eggs on request, good parking for the car, there is a garage for bikes. I recommend!

Room without Wi-Fi pass, and telephone without the reception number (and it was not 9). The lady in the reception and breakfast was not very friendly or helpful.

The view from the room. Rich variety of breakfast and lovely breakfast area. Friendly and helpful staff.
Bed was a bit uncomfortable. The room was too hot (no AC, only ventilator). Bathroom door more stylish than practical.

Excellent location very near the lake, plentiful parking, tasty breakfast in beautiful, bright, clean breakfast room. Very obliging lady in reception.
Although the small apartment kitchen was well equipped, some of the kitchen utensils were’t quite clean

Very good location and super staff. Always smiling receptionist Manuella was highlight of our stay in Altmünsterhof. Very tasty breakfast and location was literally few steps to the lake promenade. Highly recommended:)

In the dining room, avaliable to the guests around the clock, there's a coffee machine that makes excellent coffee, and hot water with an assortment of tea bags. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The service was very nice and made us feel comfortable and welcomed. In particular, Manuela was amazing.
The room was too dimly light for our taste, although I guess this fits with the general decor. Also, an electric kettle in the room would have been nice.

Excellent breakfast
Most things were fine, except for one thing. I booked a room and was given a two-room apartment. So that I will not enter, God forbid, into a second room, which is a living room, the owner locked it, and with it a table, chairs, etc. So we were left with a room with a bed only, no table and chairs. Very uncomfortable. If there was no room I booked it is customary to give an upgrade, the whole appartment.

The staff was very kind and helpful, breakfasts were great, the location of the hotel is very convenient.
Our room had its own toilet, but the toilet had no proper door and was absolutely insufficiently isolated from the room. You have absolutely no privacy at the toilet, which for some people may be quite discomforting.
Altmunster is quite small and during our stay it was completely empty and dead. We had problems to find a place, where to have dinner. There was absolutely nothing going on in the town and Gmunden was not much better. Maybe it was because of the bad whether, but there was really nowhere to go and nothing to do.
