Por remodelaciones, ruido en el día, que fueron molestas mientras se realizaba trabajo virtual.

Desayuno tipo buffet delicioso

El personal siempre fue muy atento y amable, el desayuno es muy rico y variado, las habitaciones siempre limpias, excelente ubicación con restaurantes, tiendas y farmacias cerca.

Podrían renovar algunas cosas como los TV y las toallas de baño. El internet se llegó a desconectar algunas veces durante la noche.

The roons need a little upgrading, especially the tv. Breakfast was simple but ok. fresh fruits and a variety of bread. eggs dice to your taste

Beds were not that comfy and room beds need a little upgrade.

The room was of a good size. Clean towels and bedsheets. Comfortable bed and a nice TV. The breakfast was great, the staff very welcoming and helpful. The staff kindly waited for us, as we arrived at 3am. They were friendly and polite.

I don't think there's anything else they could improve. They were really good.

Room is not properly cleaned. Little fridge not working and very dirty. Bathroom not very cleaned and in general all fixtures, floor, etc are very old and ready to change.

It was clean and confortable

The| cleaning staff was absurdly loud and obnoxious at 8am. It was so rude. I dropped off my luggage for 2 hours before the check in and when I picked it up the wheel was broken on my rolling suitcase.rhey didn't remedy the situation at all in either case

Very good hotel for its value

The rooms are clean, well maintained and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were all extremely nice and helpful and made you feel very welcome and appreciated. Great value for money, would 100% recommend!

Location

The internet connection is no good

We liked the friendly staff, clean rooms, and amazing and safe location. Rino, the hotel manager, was so nice and even helped us pack a breakfast on our last day before the flight!

How clean the rooms were.

Rooms didn't had air conditioner, it was a little far from airport.

Staff was really welcoming, especially Mauricio at the Reception desk. Room was clean and comfy while location was safe. We really didn't have any quieries during our stay, everything was ok.

We would just like some more variety for breakfast, at least some eggs.
