everything - worst hotel I have ever been in the last few years. room: very old facing the rear with dirty carpet all over the floor. we could not even open the window as the room was facing the heating implant of the hotel so very strong smell of petrol. bathroom: extremely dirty full of pubic hairs and dust. we called to be cleaned and the receptionist told us: “you are using the room so they should be yours”. restaurant and food: not even the worst staff canteen is awful like this one staff: very rude I will never go back
