Basen zielony. 1 raz tylko czyszczony.

I am not writing a review on this accommodation but on the management. After I had booked this place, I had a phone call that there was a mistake and that they upgraded me. According to their understanding ‘upgrade’ means half price cheaper accommodation. When I raised the issue, i was shown this place. Just a terrace was bigger than the whole studio I was put into! I had decided to stay where I was, to save them on cleaning 3 bedroom place but I asked for 50% refund on the difference between the price I paid and price of the accommodation I ended up in. Nothing. A month later, still nothing.

I didn’t like management, their “communication”.

the bathroom and kitchen were awful the doors in the rooms did not close properly and curtains were nearly coming off the rails. there was no real swimming pool, it’s literally a small triangle ☹️

Nothing at all. Everything was broken, starting from the entrance door, head shower was broken, mosquito's net also, electricity was down twice, cleaning services were inexistent.

I didn't like it because i was let down. For the price i paid that was a total failure.My family and I wouldn't recommend this place to other people ,

The apartment allocated to us was not the one shown when we made the booking. We would have not minded this at all if the room and facilities are in good shape. A lot of small things could have been improved, for instance, the door frame was broken before we checked in. Some of power socket was not functioning, etc. The cleanliness could be well improved.

The host was very kind and always there to help us :) for example finding a quad rental which picked us up from the location…

It was a bit dated, bathroom needs improvement

No breakfast, tge shower was too small, no need to use the kitchen. Maybe add a air refreshing
