The place is lovely, we had a great view of the mountains and the river from our room. The staff was very kind and generous and helped us with every question we had. Breakfast was great as well!

the beds were too soft

its was super convenient; right out of the bus stop! so taking the bus from Bolzano was easy peezy! The hotel location is walking distance to the main town area and also to the cable cars both Alpe di Suise and Seceda! it had amazing views from the balcony as well! and great breakfast!

Very welcoming hosts. Breakfast was good with variation and room was very clean. We had the skylight room which was perfect. Parking available at the hotel.

Amazing hospitality. The balcony had a great view! The food was exceptional and the entire stay was superb.

Breakfast was incredible. Hosts were extremely helpful. We loved sitting on the patio in the evenings. Location was closed to town, but not too close. Will definitely stay again if we ever get back to the area.

We liked absolutely everything! Really happy that we found this place and we would definitely come back if we will be visiting Ortisei again. We slept very well on a comfortable bed, bathroom is renovated, everything is extremely clean and cozy. Our hosts were super nice, always welcoming. Breakfast beautifully served, a lot of options and some new homemade options everyday, so nice! Doggy Fayro is the cutest (probably misspelled name, sorry ;) )

The location is near to the tourist attractions, the cleanliness of the room is exceptional,, Highly recommended, I have a pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel

Breakfast was very good—offered so much variety. The staff was were very kind and would go out of their way to help plan and navigate the Dolomites. The location is very good for Alpi di Suisi and an easy bus ride to other parts. Free parking as well was a bonus!

The bed was a little more firm than my liking.
