All the rooms had a balcony, and were large with everything you need. staff were very friendly, great food and drinks at the bar.

The food. The long wait for guest to check-in especially how they treat the local different from the tourist. Customer service was bad. Charged more than what was seen on booking.com

The staff were SO friendly and helped to make my stay amazing! The room I had was very comfortable and stayed cool, and I didn't hear others around me. The arranged transfers from the airport to the hotel were really nice, given the distance (1 hr). it was good to not have to worry about that. The size of the resort was nice for me and it was a great jumping off point for hiring a guide to take me to see local wildlife.

An admitted foodie, I was disappointed in the food. I went in with reasonable expectations - smaller resort, more local flavor, not as much variety - OK - but I found that the food was very bland. My favorite dish was the chicken with jerk sauce from the "grill". I know that they are constantly battling the humidity, given the open dining areas, and that does impact the overall experience but they're definitely trying to provide a nice experience.

Overall the staff and all resources are very welcoming and supporting. It feels like home.

The reception seems not to be aligned. Even informing them 3x that my flight is at 22.25 in the evening they woke us up at 6am for transport to the airport. Additionally they missed to share few information for horse riding ending up that not everyone was able to enjoy horse riding. The property is well in shape anyhow few simple adjustments should be done to ensure full security for the kids and Traveller.

Jacuzzi is 30 years out of date. Plus not enough tanks for hot water. Massive deal and you need more bubbles in them too
