Cozy Waterfront Condo – family friendly – Sleeps 6
Il nostro condominio si trova lungo Jenks Creek di fronte al corso d'acqua intercostale. Ha una splendida vista sull'acqua, tramonti e bird watching dal nostro portico coperto ea pochi passi dalla spiaggia.
Il condominio è dotato di internet ad alta velocità, televisione via cavo e smart TV. Ci sono 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e un bagno privato. La seconda camera ha due letti queen size e la terza camera ha un letto matrimoniale.
La cucina ha elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile tra cui una lavastoviglie e forno a microonde; ripiani in granito e viene fornito con un sacco di piatti, pentole e padelle, utensili, frullatore per rendere i propri pasti. Se non hai voglia di cucinare, ci sono molti ottimi ristoranti sull'isola da gustare!
Altri servizi includono una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size, ingresso tastiera, doccia esterna e armadio al piano terra con 2 biciclette per adulti, alcune sedie a sdraio, racchette da tennis, ecc.
Ci troviamo nel complesso del condominio Starboard in un edificio di fine livello, rendendolo più privato rispetto ad altre unità ma ancora vicino a tutto ciò che Starboard ha da offrire. L'unità ha due posti auto sotto l'edificio e le opzioni di parcheggio overflow se necessario. Ci sono tre piscine; uno è Oceanside e campi da tennis per gli ospiti.

Questo grande condominio aggiornato si trova a circa 1 miglio dal quartiere degli affari di Ocean Isle. L'Ocean Isle Beach (OIB) offre serie di concerti estivi il venerdì sera e servizi serali in spiaggia la domenica mattina durante l'estate. L'OIB ha molo di pesca e charter di pesca, mini golf, museo, piccolo porticato, è a 15 minuti di macchina dal famoso Calabash, a 30 minuti da North Myrtle; due ottimi posti da visitare. Ci sono diversi campi da golf a 18 buche nelle immediate vicinanze.
Sabato da sabato a sabato minimo di 7 giorni per il Memorial Day fino a fine agosto.

This was our 2nd time here. Very Clean, very comfortable and very quiet, which is very important to us.
No pets, no smoking also very important to us.
Judy is great. She was always a text away, but didn't micro manage.
The view and serenity of the area are unmatched.
We honestly can't think of one negative or "con" about this place.
Over all, after a summer of very hectic schedules, it's always SO nice to come have some peace and quiet us time! Thanks again Judy for a wonderful place!

The view of the creek from the porch was beautiful! Tucked in the corner made for a very quiet, peaceful location. Definitely would recommend it to others.

The unit was nice. It was clean with well equipped kitchen. The location was close to pool and beach. We would vacation again at this location.

Our grandson went fishing in front of the condo. He went to the pool to swim. We took our morning walks on the beach. We waited for the turtles to hatch but didn’t see them. He reeled in a couple fish from the ocean. Had a blast with other kids. Definitely a return visit in the future ❤️

’ve been staying here with family for more than a few years in a row for a week in the summer. It’s been wonderful. We love the location and condo. It’s peaceful and quiet. Love the view of the water from the front to the back. Thanks for letting us enjoy it.

We did not have the usual wonderful weather this year, but we still had a great time! While we didn’t spend as much time at the beach, we enjoyed shopping at the OIB Memorial Day Market, shopping at the Sunset Beach Summer Market, eating breakfast at Causeway 59, dining in Calabash, and watching all of the wildlife and creek views from the deck. We have been coming to OIB for many years, and it is one of our favorite places! We have rented from Judy for the last several years, and her condo is perfect for us! We love OIB and this property!

We had a wonderful stay. Only disappointment was the outdoor furniture. Only one rocking chair and it was tethered to the railing so I could not turn in around to enjoy the view.

My family and I spent the week at this lovely condo to celebrate my daughter's 4th birthday. It was the perfect size, well appointed, clean, and in a great location! The views out both the front and back are beautiful, and the amenities are very nice. It's not a long walk to the beach, and a nice walk along the boardwalk next to Jinks Creek. Thanks so much for the opportunity to stay! Would definitely recommend to others.

What a wonderful trip! Judith was so great to work with and so accommodating. The room was fantastic…just as it is pictured. Everything you need is there and so convenient to the pool, ocean and many amenities. Our family made memories that will last a lifetime!

We’ve rented this property many, many times, and we’ve always had a wonderful experience. Judy is the BEST! We love Ocean Isle Beach, and we love staying at this Starboard condo. We stayed at a few other Starboard condos a long time ago, but this one is by far our favorite. We love watching the birds, sea life, and sunsets on the creek from the deck, and it is just a short walk to the beautiful beach. We try to visit at least once each year! We will definitely be back again!

Our Favorite Cozy Creekside Condo
We’ve rented this property many, many times, and we’ve always had a wonderful experience. Judy is the BEST! We love Ocean Isle Beach, and we love staying at this Starboard condo. We stayed at a few other Starboard condos a long time ago, but this one is by far our favorite. We love watching the birds, sea life, and sunsets on the creek from the deck, and it is just a short walk to the beautiful beach. We try to visit at least once each year! We will definitely be back again!

Total relaxation
This property was on Jinks Creek overlooking a marsh and away from the main part of the island - exactly what we were looking for. We watched the sunrise and sunset from the deck and had our morning coffee there daily. The marsh was a good birding site - lots of interesting species to look at up close. We are already talking about a return visit.

Very nice condo. It would have been a little bit of a walk to the beach, but we rented a golf cart which worked nicely. Fishing in the creek was a lot of fun and the view at sunset was great. Had a great time.

We stayed in this condo for 2 weeks and it was perfect! We have never rented somewhere so clean! It was meticulous! Morning coffee on the sound was the best way to start the day! Close to the beach and pools! Highly recommended! Can’t wait to stay here again!!
