very close to the beach, swimming pool very nice, staff was extra nice and pleasant helpful in any way possible and especially child / family friendly. Supermarket, very nice place for Breakfast and Tavern on the beach very close. Nice promenade just at the other side of the street. Parking very convenient, but limited places so book upfront!
Apartments are clean, nice, and fully furnished for what you need for a short stay, even washing machine.
a bit loud in the night, big boulevards with lots of geniuses showing up cars and motorbikes, Not our call (baby;-)) but very nice party place at 100m.

Very frienldy personell. Was possible to check out a bit later. Nice location near the beach. It is not the most modern building and appartment, but the personell made our stay very comfortable

Amazing, big and comfy apartment right next to the beach with a nice balcony, everything else you would need for your stay was walkable by foot. Ramona was an amazing and very nice host that could also give you some recommandations. Thank you for the amazing stay!

The apartment is very spacious and full of light. The bed is comfortable and the view from the balcony is super nice.
The apartment and the common space are extremely clean and the staff is very friendly. They meet us at the reception and gave us some advice on what to see and what to do.
The beach is just across the street as well as some restaurants.
The parking reserved for guests might not be available but there is plenty of public parking available just outside the hotel.
The only downside is that the hotel is located on a busy street can be a bit noisy at night as well as the disco/night bar across the street

The apartment was spacious with a fantastic beach view. The balcony overlooking the beach was nice and easily accessible from the living room and bedroom. Good quality and quantity of shampoo, conditioner and bath gel in the bathroom. Beach was just across the street. Parking was easily available in the private lot of the hotel. Great bakery a short walk from the hotel and a few restaurants within walking distance.
More towels would have been nice, especially since they had to be used in the pool and beach.

I’ve been coming to Cyprus for 30 years and it annoys me I just discovered this property. first the location right on the sea and across from the beach is outstanding. The room is actually a nice one bedroom apartment with everything you need for a holiday . It may be a bit dated but it is spotlessly clean and well maintained . The pool area is quite large and also well maintained and very enjoyable . Finally, the staff is amazing. I felt at home the minute I arrived and they went out of their way to help me enjoy my trip in every way possible . I can tell you that management at the Four Seasons wouldn’t find jumper cables and jump start my car when the battery died. I’ve stayed at high end resorts and budget places in Cyprus but this place is perfect. this is exactly the the place I’ve been looking for on Cyprus for 30 years.
that it took me 30 years to find it lol. One small detail. at 6’3”and 230 the single beds are a bit small but I slept well every night.

We received such a lovely reception from Ramona when we arrived, everything was so clean and well maintained and the location was second to none. Lots of shops, pharmacies and restaurants within walking distance. Lots of nearby beaches - one a blue flag. The bus stop is across the road to get to the centre of Limassol, and comes really regularly. This is an exceptional establishment. The apartment was well laid out, and little details for example a dressing table with drawers and a mirror in the bedroom really make all the difference. Also, the staff were so kind, friendly and really interested in us having a great stay. The pool was nice and quiet and clean. The balcony and view was lovely. We really had a great stay. We were very happy.

Friendly staff. Large place with living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Had a/c and a very large balcony with table, chairs and two loungers. Has a pool, though we did not use it. Location was directly across access to beaches and self serve bike rental. Restaurants nearby.
Bathroom lighting was a bit dim. Couch was nice, but made me feel itchy after using it. It is an older building, but functional. Restaurant attached to building was under construction.

Location, View, Price, Facilities, Pool. The owners are very helpful and super friendly. Would definitely stay here again in my next trips.
