Colazione abbastanza fornita, posizione ottima vicino a un rent di ski, staff gentile e disponibile

bassa spesa ma anche bassissima resa, spa a pagamento 20€/h (non indicato nell'annuncio) che va anche prenotata con anticipo, stanza vecchia e mal arredata (aveva anche uno strano odore), prezzi del bar proibitivi (4,50€ un te caldo)

Staff was really great, obliging and warm. Food was excellent, especially dinners where you can choose between 3 starters and 3 main courses. Skibus from hotel is for free with special card. And view from the room was amazing, exactly how promised on Booking.com.

The only con was really poor level of communication in English language. Moreover, very often attempts to communicate in Italian, even if you don't understand a word. For somebody thinking green could be important information that your room is serviced every day, even if you don't use the card "please, make up my room". So you have to use the card "please, do not disturb" on every day basis.

Delicious breakfasts and dinners, very nice and helpful staff. Incredible cleanliness in the rooms and bathrooms. Highly recommend and will definitely be back :)

The interior of the hotel is a bit dated, but the whole stay was great!

This hotel is a wonderful place where you can really enjoy ski-holidays. The stuff is very professional, friendly , speaking English, helpful , always with smile on their faces. Breakfast and dinner are excellent.

The sauna wasn't working. Major annoyance as that's purely the reason I chose this place. Also I couldn't get into the property one night. Wasn't told anything regarding late entry (was before midnight). There was another guy and a lady in a wheelchair at the back with the same issue. We were banging on the door, calling the number noted on the front door with no luck. I rung the buzzer and someone picked up multiple times speaking Italian. Me asking to let me in didn't help. The other guy even spoke to her in Italian but for some reason nobody would open up for us. Eventually the other guy got the door open at the rear, no idea how. Wasn't too impressed by the dinner either. Dry chips with no sauce and overcooked steak...
