Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y limpias,, la alberca es muy grande y siempre está limpia, además de q tiene una buena temperatura, todo el personal siempre es amable y la comida muy buena.
Falta un poco de mantenimiento al hotel,pero nada q afecte el funcionamiento , y falta un poco de más variedad en el menú a la carta

Ubicación excelente, cerca de otras playas si quieres salir del hotel y conocer los alrededores.
Las instalaciones del hotel muestran un estilo antiguo muy acogedor, silencioso y las habitaciones llaman al descanso. Por las mañanas el amanecer llamaba para tomar un café en el balcón.
Sinceramente, todo estuvo muy bien. Generalmente la presión del agua en las duchas o que es salobre son los comentarios negativos más comúnes, sin embargo esto no es un problema en este hotel.

The room looks way older than the pictures, also the hotel just like a ghost hotel even the food we ate was bad and got sick from that. in the end we even asked for refund

The resort is beautiful and location is amazing. Great place to rest and relax. The only reason I am not giving the resort a 10 is because there was something in the bedding that caused me to break out in a bad rash. I let the staff know to check the room and bed closely, however, it did not seem too important to Jane sent an acknowledgment or follow up. I don’t even know if this was addressed

The architecture was fabulous. The gardens were super well maintained. The outdoor pool was clean and very nice with a swim up bar

Location and beach
Front lobby not very informative and restaurant staff at the front not very helpful plus times when restaurants open is not attainable. Pool towels to turn them in is only till 6 and housekeeping didn’t pick them up from room even though you informed front desk had to take wet towels downstairs to lobby at check out

The price that appear in Booking reservations was lower than the price they charge in the check in. Booking was showing around 3.5K but I really paid 4.5K MXN.

Grand Bay is a stunning resort, with gorgeous views, impressive buildings and grounds, and a great pool. The breakfast is fantastic and the waiters in the Grand Bay cafe and La Plazuela cafe are so friendly and very attentive. The reception desk were also very helpful.
The housekeeping and cleanliness in the room were not as good as during previous stays. The room was missing some of the amenities and were not restocked, we had to keep asking to have the room cleaned and ask for water, since you can't drink the tap water. All in all, it was fine, we enjoy this resort very much.

The rooms are elegant and comfortable. It feels luxurious generally.
The rooms don’t have wifi and even the main areas it’s patchy. The TVs are old and there aren’t any fridges in the rooms we’ve stayed. Maybe a different rate they provide fridges.

The room was beautiful, the grounds well kept, the pools were heated and the beach was lovely. The boat shuttle to town was a nice bonus!
The beers were 80 pesos and they don't allow 4 persons to a room even with rooms that have 2 large beds

Beautiful location and grounds. Friendly courteous staff. We had wifi in our room however room was a little aged but very clean with a comfortable bed. Would stay again.

We loved just about everything. Fabulous buffet breakfast, Unparalleled Views from very spacious room. All the pools and the water slide. Beach VB court, 3 clay tennis courts. Easy access by ponga to Barra and Melaque. Highly recommend this hotel. You will be glad you stayed there. Spent 2 night, boated for 3, and then came back for 2 more. Would go again.
Service one night in the restaurant was poor, but our friends told us they had eaten there 2 nights before and it was great. A little difficult at first to find your way around. We had it by the time we left.

Facilities, service and views
Slow internet and no smart tv with streaming platforms and room keys needing to be re programed often as you get locked out of your room. Safe in our room could not be reliably programed. Bathroom door needed fixing to to close properly.

Impressive development it’s obvious a lot of money went into the buildings, marina, golf courses, and roads.
The property is slightly dated but the service is still very good.
