Its an excellent OK place for a couple of nights close to Morelia centro. Good value for money.

The hotel should include a room service option

The location was nice.

When I decided to book this hotel it had a 4 star rating, and booking kept insisting on reserving because it was a great/smart deal. First off when I arrived to the hotel the lady in the reception said I had no reservations made, then she looked and found out she was wrong, then she was arguing with me about how the charges were made without explaining that the hotel don't accept online payments, they have no cable, they have no vending machines, their Wi-Fi password wasn't available and when they gave me the password the wifi just didn't reach to my room. The showers sucked.

The room was a decent size for the money we paid. There was a private bathroom and the shower was pretty big. The staff was nice and somewhat helpful.

There was trash in one of the drawers. There was a lot of talking going on in the middle of the night, around 11 or 12. It sounded like they were in the hallway. No free breakfast.

I stayed for 3 nigths. I reported at the very begining that there wasen´t hot water at the shower. The staff at the front desk said "We are working for solve the problem" . I never took a hot shower. Very dissapointed about the place.
