Needs serious improvements; e.g in room 10 the head of the shower is a mess. The cheapest materials, textiles, bed etc

The place is amazing! It is in the middle of nature. The restaurant is great, even if you need to book it before, above all during the weekend. At breakfast you will find homemade cakes.

We had a little problem concerning the central heating and at a certain point, in the middle of the night, it went out of order. Outside the temperature was freezing (more ore less less 12º). The staff offered nothing.

We liked everything!!! It exceeded our expectations! The photos don't do it justice. The location is amazing surrounded by mountains and with a slope just a few minutes away. The room was a good size and cosy the staff was exceptional and very understanding of our little terror who screamed and thumped the floors like there was no tomorrow. There was a restaurant too which I missed when I booked, that is very pleasant and serves good food. The breakfast has a good selection and the most delicious raspberry pastries. There is parking and lots of space around the hotel where you can have a stroll and admire the landscape. We truly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely return when the little terror grows bigger and is a bit more manageable 😁

Great location in front of mountains. Garden is a great place to just chill and enjoy views of the mountains. Quiet and clean, very friendly staff.

The host was very welcoming and we could communicate in English. The location is out of this world, significantly above Courmayeur (consider it if plan to walk there), reasonable well connected with the town (bus every hour). Breakfasts were super tasty but for, ignorants who cannot speak Italian, placing orders were challenging.

We didn't like that it rained for two days but it isn't on the owner. 😉

Breakfast was included, tasty and hefty enough to support us for a day long outdoor activities. Host was friendly and able to provide us with quite valuable information about the area, local transportation options and hiking options with reasonable estimate of difficulty level.

The location, the atmosphere, lovely rooms with amazing views and the kindness of the staff.

The bathroom could benefit from a renovation and the breakfast could do with a better display as well as maybe serve more local produce, but definitely in line with the expectations from this type of property.

This charming little hotel is an absolute must if you are looking to visit Val Ferret. It has an amazing position surrounded by the Mont Blanc massive, that photos really can’t do justice to, and provides comfortable rooms, a great breakfast and friendly staff. There is also a very good restaurant right next door called La Clotze, so no need to go to Courmayeur for dinner. You can also walk from your doorstep to several amazing mountain rifugios that are part of the TMB.

restaurant not open and waitress at breakfast was unhelpful, no one to either check us in or check us out . I still do not know if the bill has been charged and paid

Excellent position at the beginning of Val Ferret: ideal for in winter season for Nordic skiing or for some nice hikes with or without snow shoes. Gentle and supporting staff. Excellent restaurant annexed to the hotel.
