La sala giochi al piano di sotto ha un tavolo da biliardo, 32 "TV a schermo piatto, angolo bar con frigorifero e accesso al ponte a bordo piscina con tavolo da picnic. Scendi nella piscina privata e nella vasca idromassaggio per 6 persone e rilassati. Il livello medio dispone di due king master suite e una camera da letto con due letti singoli, ciascuna con TV e accesso diretto al ponte che conduce alla piscina e al centro benessere. Anche a questo livello è una camera da letto a castello con TV / DVD (senza cavo) che condivide un bagno sala con la camera doppia. La grande sala di livello superiore, con soffitti a volta e 50 "TV e lettore DVD, offre viste sull'oceano a suono. L'ampia cucina con dispensa offre splendide viste audio e dalle sue finestre di grandi dimensioni. Completare questo livello è una master suite con soffitto a volta, TV e vista sull'oceano e sul suono. Questa casa offre pass gratuiti per il Rodanthe Fishing Pier per la pesca o visite turistiche. Great place for a large loud family.
We did a family vacation with 4 siblings that have their own families. Each family had a very nice room and it was quit upstairs when the youngest teens were playing pool. Short walk to beach 1/2 block. Not a lot of tourist like the northern island, very nice and quite.

The house was perfect for the two families that rented. It was impeccably clean and the pool and hot tub were an awesome addition. We loved the peacefulness of the location and the proximity to the beach. The house had just about everything we needed - we would definitely stay there again.

Great property. This was our first time renting Down By The Sea. There were eight of us in total, four adults and four children between the ages of 8-14. The house was more than big enough to accommodate our group. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking our own meals. Short walk to the beach/ocean and when we weren’t there we were using the pool. There was also plenty of room in the yard for playing catch or cornhole.

Great property. This was our first time renting Down By The Sea. There were eight of us in total, four adults and four children between the ages of 8-14. The house was more than big enough to accommodate our group. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking our own meals. Short walk to the beach/ocean and when we weren’t there we were using the pool. There was also plenty of room in the yard for playing catch or cornhole.

The house was beautiful and great location. Everything we needed was minutes away. I wanted to say a special thank you to the pool guy, he found our wedding ring and placed it on the picnic table for us to see when we returned from the beach.

House was great, a few cleanliness issues, overall was good though. We weren't able to use the pool due to the pool key wasn't left for us to get in the gate, but the beach and surrounding area kept us busy.

Very nice property, all amenities as advertised, very nicely decorated and well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. Very pleased with our stay.
