Big green territory, comfortable bed, far from big city. They serve a nice breakfast.
There was a problem with payment. An administrator asked to pay in cash and we made a payment during check-in, but the administrator didn't mark it in the system and didn't provide a bill, so we spent a time during checking out to explain it to another administrator. Finally, everything ended fine, they found our payment.

It’s a great place to stay for a weekend. This hotel is almost inside the forest! Fresh air, clean cozy rooms, friendly staff. Will recommend

The Garden and the cleanses
Buffet Breakfast area was in the 1st floor without elevator, for me it was difficult to reach, but restaurant staff were very happy to bring me the breakfast to my room or in the ground for or in the garden.

Nice park, big territory, clean cosy rooms , nice staff , kids playground , attractive prices, good location if You do not need go to Kiev center during weekdays. Lake and beach walking distance, outside tables

- Rooms are not small , ideal for 2-3 people
- Suitable for 2-3 days stay
- Not close to city centre if you don’t have your own car, it takes 20-30 mins
- Hotel Bar is closed after 23:00 you cannot order anything
- There is no kettle in the room for making hot water for prepare coffee or tea

Location and service
the room was very small, 15 square meters,when booking the room size was indicated in feet, 161, as far as I understand it is more than 15 square meters.I had to pay for breakfast separately, although it was included in the reservation...no porter and bellboy is provided, as a guest I carried by myself the suitcase to the third floor only stairs without an elevator, is it okay for a 3-star hotel? or what?
I would love to hear an answer from booking.com or Hotel Purshcha it self...Thank you
