the rooms were nice and comfy I love that the family houses had bath tubs. It was really quiet and early check in too as we arrived about 1 something. Staff were helpful and kind

Strong shower pressure

Dirty, rundown, broken chair, didnt let us know till we arrived that the hot tub wasnt working. Beds were worn out. Has gone seriously downhill since my last stay a few years ago.

Family of 3, 2 adults & 3 year old. Enough space, outside pool was nice and warm, thermal was amazing. Sky is a great bonus for kids cartoons.

New paint for thermal would be good but it was still great

spa pool had sand in it, shower and toilet was abit dirty, towels had stains on them. only had one very small tv in the lounge area only.

Great location, clean modern rooms. Had everything we needed. The spa pool was a bonus too

The location is great, very close to everywhere we wanted to go, however it is located on a busy corner, so exiting onto the road was quite scary.

We were only provided with half a roll of toilet paper for 5 people, so we had to purchase more. In hindsight we could have just asked the manager for more, as he is lovely, but I feel this is something that should have been already done. The bath upstairs is in the bedroom with the beds which was a bit strange but we weren’t planning on using it anyway, however it was not cleaned very well and there was yellow liquid in the bottom of it. Just other little bits and pieces like, I found tooth floss picks behind one of the beds on the floor and a carpenters pencil under the downstairs bed & black mould was on the ceiling, so cleanliness perhaps needs to improve. It is a dated property so don’t expect all the mod-cons. The fridge also wasn’t cold. There isn’t ample parking, we had 3 cars and managed but if the units next to us had been booked out with multiple people too, our 3 cars wouldn’t have all had space.
