amazing service, amazing location and excellent staff

we were slightly disappointed by the food at La Ventoux restaurant. we expected more options

The authenticity very authentic feels like being in a village.

Fantastic beautiful place and Location

The Swimming Pool and Sun Bed area is very small, and crowded. Did not enjoy the experience at the pool.

We really enjoyed the beautiful place itself - but honestly the people make the difference. We had the nice suite 16 under the roof - big living space, nice bedroom and bath. The staff was always so welcoming and supportive wirh any requests we had and we just felt purely welcome. ( this applies also to our dog)

The place is amazing, it's like a small village, the view is spectacular, recommended if you like the country side.

The concierge is bad, he sent me to a restaurant which I thought he made a reservation for us, but it turns out he just sent us there without care. The restaurant was fully booked that day and also the nearby restaurants were too (fully booked)

Everything is nice from the scenery to the staff and the food.

a bit pricey but you get what you pay for

We've stayed at Crillon several times over the past 20 years. It's a stunning location and beautifully designed historic property. There is a new owner and manager who was lovely and passionate about the hotel and creating a perfect guest experience. She has her hands full with the usual post-Covid issues around staffing (a hiccup in the restaurant) but overall we love the hotel and will return.

Staff in restaurant need better training (info about gluten free bread was erroneous and poorly handled response to question about the tuna starter). Food was delicious both for dinner and breakfast.

Perfectly styled interior,everything is lush and plush, the breakfast is to die for - the croissants are made at the hotel, and you wake up to the beautiful smell of fresh baked patries.

The staff was all over the place, one or two tried to be kind, but everyone else was not very helpful and not showing any interest in being helpful. the staff is mainly young and unexperienced and unfortunatley it shows. We were charged twice too much at the dinner for example for food we didn’t order.

Everything - from the amazing estate on which the hotel exists, the staff is absolutely great (friendly, professional and helpful). Breakfast is a must and the views from the terrace are breathtaking.

Only thing - that we had to leave that perfect place :D

Reception staff were unfriendly. The room was only adequate for the price, bathroom didn’t have a proper shower in the bath.

Location near Mont Ventoux, and Hotel itself is beautiful.

The staff was very nice. I have been to many top hotels around the world, but Eloide the concierge was terrible. In this type of hotel I’m used to staff being nice and accommodating. She was extremely unhelpful and rude when I requested to cancel bike reservation because it was raining Tuesday and Wednesday. She is the worst staff member I have ever encountered at this type of hotel.
