Close to work site, newish and relatively in good shape. Good options for dining nearby. Friendly staff.
Overbooked on the day I was there. Room had had the carpets cleaned and they were still wet. Only room available. The manager apologized and said he would give a discount but did not. Morning staff had no knowledge. Paid full price despite the soggy floors and smell of cleaning fluid. Floors were clean though. Made footing in the lavatory treacherous.

I liked size room and bathroom, smart-TV. I liked free parking lots.
We didn’t like night receptionist Amir, because he wasn’t friendly. There wasn’t robes and slippers. Air conditioner didn’t work normally in the room, the fridge was working very loud. All night we were sleeping very bad.

The staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. The location was great; we could walk to a dozen restaurants and shopping. Parking was plentiful.

Overall clean and comfortable. The queen rooms are tiny though. We were a family of 4 and there was not enough room for our suitcases and things.
Lots of homeless camps right next to property. Our room window looked out to them.

Breakfast was good. Plenty of choices and fresh pastries. Coffee was excellent. Room was clean and adequate size. AC and heater were a bit noisey. Staff were very pleasant and helpful..

The location is great, we have had to make several trips to Stanford for my husband’s health and we feel that this is the best location for us. Will definitely be staying there more in the future .

Great hotel, obviously not a very old premises, so everything was well looked after, modern and clean.
Our 2 Queen Room was spacious and lovely.
Breakfast had a great selection.

Location near my home stay do to remodeling our home . Everything was fine except Customer Service was nightmare 15 days they don’t have there act together so I have to keep
Making new reservations because they said it didn’t go throw I at times used booking.com and at time direct with Hampton by Hilton.
Location, clean & breakfast was okay menu never changed by for the most part it was good .

Location was very convenient; loved that there were food options in walking distance. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and our room accommodations - definitely best stay we’ve had in a long time!
Nothing - we compared this stay with our previous stays at other different hotels and hands down, we absolutely thought the hotel / room / what we paid for was worth it. We’ll definitely book again!

Rooms were very clean, didn't have any problems with the homeless encampment at all. It was quiet and the staff was amazing! All of them. Great place to stay.

Nice room and bathroom, staff were helpful. Breakfast had improved since last year.
Why does inner door need to be opened by staff? Using room card would do the job and not interrupt their attention. The room smelled of petrol/diesel, i presume because i overlooked the parking lot.

The fire detector over the bed flashes in the middle of the night if you move.
The frosted glass on the bathroom door. It feels like the door is not closed when someone is using it. And if you turn on the light at night it lights up the room while others are sleeping. Not a great design

Good location and decent breakfast. Joey at the front desk was also very helpful as there was a glitch with our reservation,
the noise of the soccer teams that were staying there.

Location was great and the breakfast was good we would definitely stay there again
I do wish it was a little less expensive due to my husbands health we will be traveling there quite often and would be able to afford staying they more often
