Creo que la atención de Mariela es lo mejor, siempre preocupada. Es cómodo el lugar, la vista y la piscina. Es un lugar maravilloso para ir en pareja, cuenta con todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones maravillosas. Los espacios limpios y cómodos. La atención 24/7 de Mariela, la preocupación y datos que te ayudan a encontrar y llegar donde necesites. Está cerca del centro caminando y es seguro. También te permite llegar antes y retirarte después ocupando los espacios comunes, eso es maravilloso para los que tenemos vuelos más temprano o más tarde. Volvería mil veces.

Location was fabulous - quiet and close (short drive) to other attractions. The self contained room had a handy kitchenette to meal prep for our toddler. Our ground floor room was cozy with a lovely patio/porch to enjoy drinks after a long day out. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming, also providing plenty of tips on where to eat and sightsee in the area.
While it wasn't a problem for us, taller guests may find the bathroom and kitchenette compact. We did struggle with mosquitoes in the evening as we slept and would recommend other travellers to pack repellents.

A beautiful hostal with great facilities including a pool and a gorgeous terrace with views of the harbour, city and sandy hills. The staff went above and beyond and were incredibly accommodating. We felt very at home here and would love to return.
It is slightly far out of town, but worth it to get the view.

A slight misunderstanding about the room we had booked was soon resolved and our hostess was very caring and helpful. The street names and traffic direction signs are often confusing when trying to locate properties and perhaps more attention could be given to this generally. Our accommodation was comfortable and breakfasts were good. A small, covered pool was available. Thoroughly recommended.
Directions to help find the accommodation could be improved because it was out of town.

Nice rooftop terrace.
Bed was an old worn spring mattress, smelly extremely small bathroom, with not hot water on the tap. Fair shower. Very simple breakfast.

Staff were great and very helpful. Very clean.
Room was very compact and bathroom even more so but everything you needed was there and Caldera is only a small place. I'm sure this hostel is good value compared to others in the area. Room was not dark at night- but a blanket hung in front of the window fixed this. Please remember where you are- this is a regional area. I would stay there again
