We loved the location in the centre of the town of the small apartment where we stayed. It is on the ground floor, cozy and charming, it is refurbished with all you need.
The bed is very close to the roof and the ambient it is very dark. But above all it is part of its charme.

The mattress was too soft and getting close to its edge could result in falling out of bed.

Not knowing what to expect from the accomodation as we booked the room on our way there and it turned out to be one of the nicest rooms we stayed. Nice, cosy, picturesque, with a small kitchen and all the amenities. We also didn't know this small village and we just loved the place that decided to stay the day and get to know it a little more.

Staff also left a recommendation sheet on the table. Easy to find local places to eat.
Fridge was hidden in the kitchen. 🙂
Bathroom didn't have adequate venting. Kinda needs a window. The bathroom remained humid after taking a shower.

is fantastic
Little disappointment at my arrival not easily getting in contaxt with personnel to get the apartment-key. After contacting the host, the rest went on smoothly.

A very nice comfortable appartment i n the center of historical town with a wonderful terrace on the roof. Easy self service check-in and check-out

Cozy apartment, great location, amazing and sunny rooftop. We really enjoyed our stay, and do highly recommend this apartment.
It was not possible to lock the door to the apartment (1) if we wanted to go to the rooftop. Some of the facilities on the rooftop could need an update/repair such as the umbrellas/parasol. The WiFi was not so great.

Absolutely great value for money! The apartment was spacious and comfortable and its decor helped you travel back in time. We had a remote self check-in but the host explained everything to us in detail and it was piece of cake. We had breakfast and dinner at the places the host suggested and everything was amazing!

Apartment is beautiful designed and spacious, well located in the historic center, near lots of restaurants and shops. The apartment is well equipped with AC, clean shower, and a big bed and kitchen. The host is also very friendly and provides good practical information about where to park and eat. Also the WiFi was fast

The owners went out of their way to exactly explain the location in the old town, then they went out of their way to make sure we are comfortable till the last minute of extended checkout.

Design. Its all like on the pictures. Location is awesome
Very low WiFi, enough to check mailbox and Facebook, not work friendly. Not enough hot water for 2, than it takes more than 2 hours to heat more water... It's hard to open the door, almost impossible for a girl to do it.

We really enjoyed the time in the Pitigliano and accommodation in Casa Messi. The town is amazing, and the place is beautiful and quiet. I hope we will come again ;-)

Amazing location in the historical centre of pitigliano, very comfortable, well equipped and good looking apartment. The communication with the host was great and we were allowed to check in earlier. Great rooftop terrace to relax on
Apartment no.1 is located on the ground floor and the insulation from the street noise is not great. We could hear almost everything from a small street nearby.
