We absolutely loved our stay here. It had everything we needed. The condo was super clean and the building, grounds and pool were perfectly maintained. Communication with the host was awesome. We were a 5 minute walk to the pier which had wonderful food and drinks. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!!!

This rental has everything you need! Close to the pier and other dinner locations within walking distance. Grocery store was also walkable. We enjoyed the tennis court, pool and the ocean!

We had a great time. The condo is just as good, or maybe better, than described. There are nice beach accessories (beach chairs, umbrella, etc.) if needed. There were two pack and plays there when we stayed. We got to see (3) rocket launches at Cape Canaveral from the building, which was a lot of fun! I highly recommend this place!!!

The girls trip was a success at Cocoa Beach Towers! The Condo was very nice, with comfortable beds and great view from the terrace. Beach access is perfect and the pool temperature was superb. Very friendly residents on the grounds and pool area. The building has some age, but the inside living space is up to date. In walking distance to the Pier, Fish Camp, Tiny Tavern, Dunkin Donuts just around the corner, 5 min walk. Very enjoyable!

Good location on the beach; grocery across the street; condo is perfect size for 6 guests. This unit (CBT49) has a washer and dryer. Beds have a memory foam topper. Parking is assigned and covered. Floors are tile and easy to sweep.

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at a couple of other condos at this location and this unit was by far the best. The open floor plan as well as the hard to come by third bedroom allowed our family ample space to unwind and connect. During the day we hung out on the beach or by the pool which were just steps away. In the evenings we had game nights at the large dining table. The fourth floor ocean view was great and we loved spending time on the balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was perfect for our family with 3 couples - 6 adults. It was very clean. It had all the kitchen tools and pans we needed for cooking what we needed.
There are restaurants and fun activities within walking distance.
The pool was wonderful on days we didn’t want to go to the beach.

I loved how this place had everything we needed. The washer & dryer were a huge plus for us with small kids. We had one small issue with a pack n play for our baby & I reached out about it & it was quickly replaced with a new one. I was very impressed with the communication during this whole process from the time we booked it.

Nice location, condo was clean and had everything you needed for your stay. The only thing I didn’t like was your parking spot is the furthest from the elevator, it’s close to the stairs but who wants to climb those to the 4th floor, so it is what it is on that. All in all a great place and location.

We had a great time. The pool was great. The pump was broken a short time, it was fixed superfast. Beach was so close, chairs, umbrellas and toys included, all of it in the appartement, perfect! The appartement was very clean, well equipped kitchen, big balcony with ocean view. 2 adults and 3 children enjoyed the stay very much!

The room was bright and clean. The washer and dryer worked well. It's a great location to view NASA or Spacex rocket launches. Close to grocery store. Not too busy. Management responded quickly to a problem with the pool gate. The pool was clean as were the pool restrooms. I would stay here again.

Family stayed here for 5 nights and and it was very comfortable. Supplies to get you started were dish and washer detergent, garbage bags and t paper. Bathrooms had a ready supply of shampoo/conditioner and body wash which we appreciated. Back bedroom was a bit stuffy due to AC not fully reaching it and while the overhead fan should have helped, it made a squeaking sort of whirring noise that was bothersome (reported to management on our way out).
The check in process was well explained and Zareh the property manager was extremely responsive and a pleasure to do business with.
The pool was heated and extremely clean, grounds well kept. Walking distance to several restaurants and to the nearest Publix if you don't mind a further walk.
We would definitely recommend this property!

We arrived and the email with the details was very helpful. The condo itself is nice and the neighbors and other renters were all welcoming and pleasant. We were on the 4th floor and they have an elevator but the stairs were more convenient. We were a walk from the pier and other restaurants and would stay here again.

This was such a great condo! The location was unbelievable! Great beach access and a nice sized pool! We especially loved that all of the bedrooms had comfortable king or queen beds! The condo was very clean and comfortable! Great view to watch the sunrise from the balcony or quick access to the beach to enjoy a walk as well! We would definitely recommend!

It was well maintained condo , was curious as to why no fans in restrooms ? Also pool was being fixed for heating which did not get fixed till two days before our stay ended. The owners were very welcoming and courteous and involved which I liked. I would definitely recommend this place. Thanks again Paulette

Unit itself was clean. Beds were very clean and comfortable. Couches were a little overly dirty and stained as was the throw rug. I am kinda a clean freak. We were there for the beach so it was not that big of a deal... We were at the beach all day anyway. The beds were clean (we just didn't use the living room that much). The kitchen was stocked with dishes and cook wear, perfect if you're planning on eating in. We are out every night perfect location.. walking distance to food and gorcery store.

Property pics are deceiving, looks much newer and nicer than it actually was. Pack n play was broken, dryer made obnoxious noise that we had to deal with thru the last day of our stay. Other condo owners were rude.

Great Beach Condo
We had a great time! We watched local fireworks from the balcony, played on the beach, and were able to explore the pier that was super close! It was a great place to stay! Short driving distance to Kennedy Space Center and not too far to the Orlando area! The condo was clean and comfy!

The condo was in a great location and was had everything I needed. The oy complaint was the dryer squeaks like crazy and spending a week on the beach you are doing a lot of laundry.

Perfect beach condo for family vacation
Enjoyed the stay very much. Zareh and Derek were great to work with and communicated well. Condo described 100 percent accurate. Mattresses abs mattress covers could use some cleaning/maintenance but otherwise it’s a well stocked, great condo. We would stay in this condo again. Thank you for making our stay in cocoa beach fantastic.

Great spring break
Traveled with my family (3 kids) and my parents and we ALL thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Great location, close to everything- could walk to most everything! We took day trips to valiant air command, Kennedy, daytona and Universal. Very easy drives to all. Next time we will do less and enjoy the beautiful beach and pool even more!

Perfect!
We rented this unit for two months and loved it. The team at Stay In Cocoa Beach and especially Zareh are fantastic. We have used them many times and you can always count on clean units with everything you need. This time we had a shower curtain break and Zareh had someone there within an hour. Incredible consideration and service with a genuine commitment to making it easy and excellent. We would highly recommend this group to work with!
