L'appartamento è particolare ma funzionale per una coppia in viaggio d'amore! Al centro di Cagliari facile da raggiungere anche se si noleggia una macchina non ci sono particolari difficoltà per il parcheggio. Accogliente e comodo. Bagno piccolo ma funzionale con una comodissima doccia grande e pratica. Ci sono tutti i servizi necessari e anche di più. Frigo , forno a microonde, 2 tv, wifi, condizionatore, lavatrice, la cucina e ben fornita e pulita. Tutto è ben tenuto e Lucia ci ha accolto con gentilezza e solerzia anche se siamo arrivati in orari proibitivi.

Il bagno è cieco e abbiamo trovato qualche difficoltà nello stendere ad asciugare le cose del mare. Niente altro da dire.

The houses are not soundproof, as you would expect, so you could hear everything that was being said or done on the street outside.

Nice location, small and silent street. The apartment it big enough, the bed is very comfortable. Everything you need for the stay. I can't say a lot about the host since I never saw him.

First of all... The Host. Alessandro sent me his phone number and I could contact to him from a few days before. We arrived early on the ship and he had the flat ready for us although it wasn´t time to check-in. He kept in contact by whatsapp all the time to make sure we arrived and found everything ok. His father was outside waiting for us, such a lovely man!! He gave us the key and came inside to show us the flat and all the facilities. If you need anything, you can ring the next door and you will find help and a warm smile. The loft exceeded our expectations. Beautiful, comfortable and very clean. The neighborhood very nice and quiet. San Benedetto Market is just 5 min away walking, and is amazing place where you can find very fresh fish, seafood, meat, cheese, vegetables, fruit.... we enjoyed buying and cooking every day.

Hoster says that there is parking in his announcement (that is why I booked this place and send a message to him in advance) but just at the arrival he told us that is easy to park in the streets around! Sorry?

The location is beautiful with quick access to the city. The old building has a charming air.
