Good location, clean for Indian standards near some good coffee shops.

You need to tell them everyday to clean your room, otherwise they won’t clean. Standard bedroom very small. No breakfast.

Room was light, bright and very clean. My favourite was the good size balcony overlooking the lush well kept gardens. Even with the road frontage it was super quiet and such a peaceful stay. Just a short walk to the beach but with a great assortment of eateries very close by. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Bed was a bit small for us as we are two fairly large people.

Everything — the polite staff, the good chef, the sincere housekeeping, the food arrangement, Avocados, the location, the premises, the ambience. I'm definitely visiting this place again and staying for a bit long this time.

As we were only staying one night, we were put in a room on the ground floor, right between the reception and kitchen, which was quite noisy, small, dark and musty. However we had a look at the other rooms in the building out the back and they were beautiful and a lot more spacious, quiet, bright and fresh. If we come back, we will definitely request one of these rooms, as they seemed really lovely.

- Wonderful and peaceful oasis atmosphere, really chill and immersed in nature and with magic lights in the night. - Staff really kind and helpful, they helped us on all of our requests and even provided mosquito incense for flying raids! It feels like family-managed. - Great Restaurant-Cafe service with avocado specialties (even delicious shakes!) - Super clean and well mantained, rooms look brand new. - Warm water in the shower. - There is an in-house laundry and they clean and dry your tons of clothes the same day. - Specially nice for monsoon season. - The location is just out of the main road, so is much quieter than other accommodation.

- Someone could say is far from the beach, but taking some shortcuts you can get there in about 8 min walking.

There was not much to like, the boy help at night was good, and room was ac.

The female staff which we have to deal with is very rude, and unprofessional, there were insects and frogs crawling inside room in night, no basic amenities provided like water from the hotel. The lady staff mostly fights with you which just ruins the experience. There were far cheaper and better stays available nearby and I'd strongly recommend those over here.

rooms are very small for 4K they are charging and no clear car parking facilities available just a small place for parking and hotel staff especially the receptionist is not responsive at all he doesn’t know what kind of food available in the restaurant that is there in the property and there were no blankets (I thought it was a mistake not sure now) and asked for it and he gave me one and he literally gave one which is sufficient for one person and I have to ask him again and he said “oh you need two” these were his exact words as if he don’t know we are two people. I was near the place at 11 itself and called up asked whether I can check in now even though check in time is 12 he said yes and when I reached the place he said room is not ready yet, when I asked why did you asked me to come over he said you spoke to the owner who doesn’t have clear idea about availability..

Too many insects and flies in the room

I stayed at this property during Aug 4-8, 2021. This property is value for money. I loved staying at this place and will definitely visit again. We were taken good care of by Ramesh and the receptionist. The rooms were clean and very well maintained. The best thing was availability of 24 hrs hot shower. The facility of hot shower enabled us to get over our hangovers of the night. Our linens and bedsheets were changed regularly. The toilets were clean. The property is very near to beaches. Krishna is a great cook. We loved the morning breakfast and the tea we had with it. Kitchen is managed by Ramesh and he was always welcoming with our request. Overall, I had a wonderful experience staying at this property. I should have given the feedback much earlier. Sorry for that.

Kind staff, average location

Rooms are cramped and the property feels very old. Nothing like what one gets to see in the pictures. AC in the room did not work and we eventually paid the non-a/c charges. The owner with whom I interacted sounded pretty rough when I was trying to tell him about issues I was facing with the payment link. Pick it if you are on a tight budget and are travelling alone or with friends! Not recommended for families with kids!

The location is very near to beach. You can walk from your room to beach in 5 mins.

The kitchen opens properly post 11, so if you are an early riser or want to plan your day early, only option you have is bread omellete. Terribly overpriced compared to peers nearby. Just a small shampoo in the name of toiletries. No buckets or mug provided. No dormitory or arrangements for drivers to freshen up.

Location is good. Helpful to hire a scooty. Beach is on walking distance.
