Sehr große, gut gelegene Ferienwohnung . Alles vorhanden was man braucht.. schönes interessantes und kreatives Wohnviertel mit vielen Ateliers, Bars, Kneipen und Geschäften.

Die Wohnung war etwas dunkel & es gab keinen Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer, der groß genug für zwei Personen gewesen wäre. In der Beschreibung stand nicht, dass das Parken in der Prießnitzstraße sehr teuer war.

A minor to be aware. The flat is on the ground floor facing the street. During school time from 7:45 till 8:00Am you may hear the kids (and their scooter). The rest of the day the street is quite.

The apartment is spacious and well equipped. It is on the ground floor next to the street, but the street is not busy, so it was not noisy until morning. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. It is within walking distance to downtown (about 20 minutes). The windows have great covers to provide privacy. The underground parking is very important and useful when you travel by car because you would have to pay for parking on the street. The contact with the landlord was great and fast.

The apartment is located in an "alternative" district. One may fill unsafe walking the streets in the evening - there are very few people and all walls are covered with graffiti. It is not art - it looks like made by hooligans and harms strongly the beauty of the buildings. It is fantastic that the underground parking is provided, however, the entrance to the garage is narrow. Unfortunately, bicycles were not available but it was promised in the offer at the time of booking.

We really liked the area around the flat.

For me, just a little bit too far from a good supermarket ( half a km ) when you have to carry a lot of heavy groceries; but that may not be an issue for people stronger than I am or for a couple who can share the load.
