The apartment is definitely perfect for this price range. It's very spacious, clean, comfortable, you can find everything you need. It has really large terrace and convenient underground garage. Great support from the owners is provided. Several supermarkets are nearby. Awesome Platja de les Delicies beach is 4 min walk.

The appartment is located on the outskirts of the city. On the one hand it means peace and birdsongs in the morning, on the other min 15 minutes walk from restaurants. It's not a problem it's a feature )) The problem is only one set of keys because you must coordinate all movements with your company.

There should be at least two complets of keys as if you are with friends is not easy to share one set of keys as they are needed for entrance to pool garden, tenis, garage and electricity in apartment:)

To have 2 bathrooms and toilets was definitely a plus. The appartment was well equiped although a sharp peeling knife was not present. We bought one and left it there. The balcony was also a great surplus. A table, enough chairs and 2 sun couches were all anyone needs.

Our first disappointment was when we wanted to unpack. None of the cabinets in both bedrooms had shelves. No shelves at all so where to put clothes? Also there was no suitcase butler so clothes remained in the suitcase and suitcase remained on the floor. Secondly we received only 1 key. This had to be plugged in in a slot in the appartment to get power. This means that all inhabitants had to leave and come back together or organize complex schemes and timing. Thirdly, none of the bathrooms had a support for the shower flexible. To take a shower you always had one hand occupied. Not so pleasant.

Good facilities. Excellent restaurant at the beach called Albert Guzman!
