The property is in a nice location and Giuseppe is a great and helpful host. The property is a short walk to the beach and the beach its self is beautiful. I would happily stay here again.

The only slight thing I would say is the bed doesn’t have the most comfortable mattress on it.

The location is absolutely magnificent. Very calm beach (at the end of March) and the house was also a bit remote. Not too far from the capital Cagliari. The owner send us pictures of how to get there, which were all very clear. The owner was also ok with changes in arrival time. It has a jacuzzi and a sauna!

The price was too much for 2 nights (around 450€) for off season. Most of the restaurants are closed, especially the ones at very 'resort' places or close to the beach. Yes, it has a jacuzzi and a sauna and is located perfectly, but those are the only things that allow for a higher price. The rest of the apartment is a bit more outdated and the bed was not comfy for that price.

We loved everything. A modern, fresh, elegant, very practical and tastefully designed and furnished apartment, bright and with the touch of the beautiful Sardinian turquoise colour in the many details in every room (you can tell that Giuseppe is an interior designer by profession!). impeccably clean and equipped with everything you might need and more. Located in a lovely pine tree hill with wonderful and relaxing aroma of the pine trees! Location is excellent - easily accessible by car and has a private parking, two beautiful beaches - one reachable in cca 4 minutes on foot, so you can visit it as soon as you wake up in the morning, and the other one in cca 3-4 minutes by car.

Nowhere to walk to have dinner. Local supermarket and bar didn't have much to offer

i loved that it was very quiet for the most part. it was also very cozy and had everything you need for preparing meals. The most beautiful beach was just a short walk down the quaint road through the neighborhood - maybe 5 minutes at most.

There is not much around in the way of shops, markets, etc. I knew this. and it was fine to go into town for some supplies.

We stayed at Villino Turchino, the place is very comfy and near the beach. The village has a coffee bar and and a small beach resort. The host gave us free beach umbrellas and beach seats. Thank you very much!
