La amabilidad de las recepcionistas súper majas desde el primer momento y dándonos recomendaciones para visitar la ciudad. La habitación pequeña pero limpia y acogedora.

Está a unos 20’ del centro y casco histórico pero se hace agradable el paseo andado al lado del Río!

Chambre spacieuse, propre, très bien décoré. TV, mini frigo, mini coffre fort, armoire de rangement pour 2 personnes. Douche + wc+ lavabos+ sèche cheveux + flacons produits douche et cheveux + 1 paquet de mouchoirs+ un peigne+ savon main. Chambre calme. Salle petit-déjeuner propre, un personnel de service pour nous aider.

De la musique Jazz en fond, pour coller au thème.

The reception staff were helpful and the location was okay. The parking was good.

The bathroom lights didn't work and we were not told that breakfast service on day two would be late due to a local holiday.

Lovely staff, room was clean and spacious with a window that actually opened-heaven! Breakfast tasty, lasted 7-11am and had a good range of options on offer. They had a central strip of carpet in the corridors, which cleverly silenced roller luggage as people came and went. Location is a little further down river, so an extra 10 min walk as opposed to the hostels etc but I knew that when I booked and you pay a little less that the more central hotels. Area is still nice and safe for strolling back at night and, if you have a car, it’s easier to find and access.

A perfect place to stay , 20 minutes walk to the centre along the river . Breakfast was perfect . Everything was perfect .

The location is nice, a few minutes away from the city center.

The breakfast was bad. The scramble eggs were green. We ate corn flakes, and croissant only. And I could see that other people also were afraid to eat anything else.

It was quite far from the center and the toilet was small, it Didn’t have enough room for our toiletries.

Great modern, clean rooms. Not too far from train station. Fair price. Reception existant. They changed our room when we complained about dog barking in room next to us.

Extra 5euro fee to park bicycles in secure place, so we just locked them outside (not too bike friendly). A bit far away from city center. No water boiler.

Very good price/ quality ratio. Super happy with the room. Quiet place to rest after a day of city exploring. 7 min. Away from city center by bus.

Everything fine...

The breakfast was really nice and good value, lots of different options! The 24/7 reception was also very lovely and always helpful. The best was the garage under the house for inhouse paring, although it was an extra fee it was so convenient!

It was a mission to get to the room, but I think its just the way the architecture of the hotel is buildt. Had to use 2 lifts to get to the room.

Laura who checked us in was very friendly - provided us with a helpful map & recommendations of what to do. Lovely atmosphere & check in was very quick.

Modern hotel, clean and looked like newly decorated. Very quirky style evident throughout the hotel. The staff at reception were all very friendly and helpful and offered us information about what was going on in San Sebastian the week we were there and gave us recommendations about what to see and where to eat. There is underground parking at the hotel which was very convenient. We had not booked breakfast initially but we added it when we got there as there isn't anywhere close to the hotel to eat. It was great - good selection and great service.

A bit away from beach/old town than I would have liked but I knew that when I booked (we left it late). It is about a 20-25 minute walk to La Concha beach.
