Questa è una villa MOLTO spaziosa (2750+ piedi quadrati totali) all'ultimo piano con 4 camere da letto e 3 1/2 bagni, con tre lanai privati per sedersi e gustare il vostro drink tropicale preferito. Questo è uno dei complessi più richiesti in tutta Poipu grazie alla sua aria condizionata centralizzata, servizi di lusso e la sua posizione privilegiata! Dal lanai sei a pochi passi dalla cintura verde ea meno di 5 minuti a piedi dalle migliori spiagge di Kauai!

Le ville siedono sull'ambita cintura verde lasciando solo pochi minuti a piedi tra te e la spiaggia! Poipu Beach è la zona più desiderabile di Kauai ed è stata recentemente classificata come la spiaggia numero 1 in tutta l'America. La mia unità è tra i più grandi condomini che troverete a Poipu! Le dimensioni dell'unità e la disposizione interna offrono un ampio comfort per un massimo di 10 adulti (spazio aggiuntivo per i bambini piccoli), ma possono anche funzionare bene e hanno un prezzo perfetto per gruppi più piccoli.
La planimetria è ben strutturata con tutto su un piano. Non ci sono scale all'interno dell'unità e tre master suite private ognuna con il proprio bagno privato completo. La connessione internet wireless ad alta velocità è disponibile senza costi aggiuntivi per rimanere in contatto, se lo desideri. Il letto aggiuntivo per gruppi di età superiore a 10 sarà sul materasso ad aria o sul pacchetto per i più piccoli.
Nuovissime lenzuola, articoli per la cucina, giochi da spiaggia, opere d'arte e decorazioni. È davvero un posto fantastico dove stare!

We loved staying at the Villas, it was a great location and worked perfect for our family of 9 (6 adults, 1 toddler, 2 babies). We loved having the full kitchen and laundry in the unit.
The beach supplies were fantastic!! My grandkids loved all the sand and pool toys. There were plenty of chairs, umbrella & a cooler.
The beds were comfortable and we really appreciated having two pack n play’s for our grandbabies.

We had a group of 5 people, lots of room in the Villa. Kitchen had pots, pans, regular coffee maker, filters, utensils. Working washer and dryer and AC worked great. Will definitely book again!

The condo was exactly as pictured and perfect for our family of 8. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The a/c worked well, too. The elevator inside the condo came in handy especially when unloading our luggage and groceries. Mike was a great host. Always responded quickly to all my questions. Our grandsons enjoyed the pool and playing pickleball. We all enjoyed the walking paths. The location is the best. We were minutes from the beach, zip lining, ATV excursion, old town where there are numerous shops, and the fresh fruit stand (the mango smoothie was my favorite). We also enjoyed the luau show at the Sheraton which was minutes away. Our grandsons loved the adventure helicopter ride (doors off) where they said the view of the canyon was spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Mike for sharing your great condo with us.

This our second stay in this unit and it works really well for the 10 of us. Love the large porch for eating and having the pool below. Michael and Surrey responded quickly to any questions.

We spent 10 days in Kauai with a group of 11, including 2 3-yr olds and a 16 month old. The condo was perfect for our group and had everything we needed! We loved being so close to the beaches and walking distance to many local places to visit. I highly recommend this condo!

The condo's pool and hot tub area was a delightful retreat. Well-maintained and serene, it offered a perfect spot for relaxation. The proximity to Poipu Beach, just a short walking distance away, was incredibly convenient.
The condo's location also meant we were just a short drive away from some fantastic restaurants and a variety of outdoor activities. We give this rental a well-deserved 5 starts.

This was an amazing property, with a fantastic pool, and a short walk to the best beach in a Kauai. We stayed with eight people ranging in age from one year to a 75 years, and everybody had an amazing time. The elevator straight to your living room was Very handy for the people at the ends of the age spectrum. Lots of fun, pool and beach supplies in the garage, and plenty of parking.

Very pleased with our accommodations!! Very clean and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable! Including coffee filters and night lights! The elevator was dependable for older guests. And we enjoyed our garage with everything we needed for the beach! The grounds were beautiful and well manicured! A lovely vacation spot!!

9 of us greatly enjoyed the Villas at Poipu! Michael was very responsive to any questions before and during the trip. The pool and grounds were fabulous and the walking paths to Grand Hyatt and the beaches couldn’t be beat. The condo had plenty of space for all of us and all the amenities that we needed. The patio was great for relaxing and it was so nice to be able to open to patio doors in the evenings. The garage was full of toys, chairs, and wagons enjoyed by the adults and the kids. Many close restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again and already planning when we can come back! Mahalo Michael!

The condo was exactly as listed. A lot of space for our group of 7. Everyone had their own room, multiple lanai for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. Bathrooms are a very good size. Short walk to beach. Great location.

We found all was as the listing described and was great for our family of 10! Spacious rooms and bathrooms, great lanais to enjoy and responsive manager. The extras were very helpful, like beach gear etc. There was even a clothes steamer to use on our family photo outfits!

Surrey, the property manager, was friendly and very helpful in all ways. Very responsive.
Since check-in is not until 4, you can put your bags in the garage and hang at the pool or take a stroll to Poipu beaches, shops and restaurants.

We had a family vacation with 7 adults ranging rom 21 - 87 and this property was perfect. Decorated beautifully, beds were comfy, lots of room to all sit together for meals, talking, or playing games. And we felt so swanky getting to the unit in the elevator, which was really helpful for getting Grandma up to the unit so she didn't have to take stairs.
We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and just the general outdoor living.
Short easy walk to multiple beaches (that were all beautiful). We really appreciate all of the beach supplies that were there (chairs, umbrellas, noodles, etc.)

Nice upscale property. Our condo was nicely decorated with plenty of space for the family or multiple couples. perfect place to use as a home base for your daily excursions to the rest of the island. The two smaller bedrooms with private baths were a little warm at night and HVAC controls were unable to be lowered.

Loved this place great location - short walk to fabulous beaches. Had a wonderful time. Fun walk to the Grand Hyatt which is spectacular. Loved seeing the turtles and seals sleeping on the beach. Having access to all of the beach related items was added bonus. Excellent pool. Spent 15 nights and loved it.

All of the little details have been covered in this wonderful unit. The kitchen was well stocked. Pool towels and beach gear were provided. The unit was clean and comfortable and in a great location. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub as well. Great shopping and gorgeous beach nearby. We had a great stay and highly recommend!

My husband & I took our kids/grandkids for a 10 day family vacation & our experience was fantastic! The unit immediately felt welcoming, comfortable & clean. Lots of space for 9 of us…3 where small children. They loved daily pool & hot tub time! Great location minutes away from several beaches (beach toys, chairs, umbrellas included) & shopping. Kitchen is well stocked & lots of sitting space to visit. I would not hesitate to book again!

This condo was absolutely perfect! We were amazed at how much more beautiful the area is in person. It is in a lovely community located near everything that we needed. The condo itself was super roomy and amazing to have 3 master suits! The elevator straight to the condo is super amazing with Costco trips, and wet kiddos. The pool was stunning and so so fun. All of the staff on the property were very friendly and helpful. If we ever needed anything the host responded very quick and we had everything we needed. The garage was fully stocked with everything we needed for the beach and pool. There were a lot of life jackets and chairs, umbrellas , sand toys, cooler. So so amazing. Won’t stop raving about it and hope to return again and again!

We rented two properties from Surrey and Mike for our extended family of 18. The condos were beautiful,, and comfortable for all of us! Plenty of space for family meals, and so close to the beach!! The kids lived the snorkeling, and the boogie boarding!! The beach "supplies" in the garage were great. Thanks, Surrey and Mike!! Lots of good memories!

This is a great condo for a family (8 people) vacation to Kauai. We did not have a view of the ocean but it is a short walk (4 minutes) to the beach. It is also a great location for walks in general, from walking to the Hyatt to the Sheraton hotels. There is a pool near by which was very popular and a jacuzzi that our group enjoyed. There are tennis and pickle ball courts that are available for a fee to play on. This is a great home for a poipu beach vacation.

This was an amazing place for our family. Loved having the elevator that brought you right into the condo. It was also perfect having the garage with all the pool & beach supplies we would need. Great place for a family gathering! The kitchen was well stocked with equipment making it easy to prepare meals and a grocery store was a short drive. All in all a beautiful place to stay.

We love the location! We have stayed in this area many times before and is the only location we like to stay! It’s a 10 min walk to the beach and is in close proximity to everything we love and enjoy! Highly recommend!
