Very nice property, very well located very quiet, very clean and very warm!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is rustic, yet comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked.We enjoyed the privacy and location. The wifi did not work well, and then not at all, but we used our own hot spots. The property manager was efficient. Washer/dryer were excellent. We enjoyed the beautiful porches and views, but needed to buy our own outdoor chairs as there weren't any. The house was large enough to allow us to spend time with our grandchildren. We made beautiful memories!!

We visited storyland and Santa village and explored the white mountain for last week of summer ! We had a blast. House was clean, view was amazing , short distance to cafe and some restaurants. Wifi and cell service was spotty but we didn’t really need it. Beds were little creaky. Great spot

Comfortable and spacious home. Plenty of room for 9 of us. Peaceful and quiet location with a beautiful view. Staying during a heatwave had us really wishing for some air conditioning, but buying a few fans from Walmart helped alot.

The house was great for our family vacation. There were 5 adults and 2 children in our group. We loved the spaciousness of the living room/kitchen. The deck got a lot of use. The view of the mountains was great. The location is very private and quiet. One of the challenges was trying to figure out which switch turned on the lights and the ceiling fans. Also because I am older, I found the stairs a bit of a challenge. The house was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. We had one issue that was corrected quickly.

The house was just as described. It was clean and had everything you needed. Check-in and check-out couldn’t have been simpler! The views are absolutely amazing! From watching the sunrise and sunset, it never got old. We went Santa’s Village and Clark’s Trading Post, which were all close by (under 30 minutes). After long days walking around it was nice to come home, cook a meal and sit on the deck enjoying the views! Would definitely recommend and rent this home again!

The view from the back of the house is amazing ! ! ! ! and the open floor plan on the first floor is comfortable and great for families. The bedrooms are large and spacious and there is bonus space in the basement! The house has some idiosyncrasies which make things interesting and fun. None of them interfered with our vacation, however! The home is located close to Bethlehem, Littleton, great restaurants and breweries as well as Franconia Notch State Park. Many other White Mountain destinations are within driving distance too. We had a great week and are already looking forward to returning!

House and views are beautiful. We chose this house for the kitchen since we prefer to eat in as a larger group. Unfortunately the dishwasher rack and garbage disposal are still broken - this was mentioned in two year old reviews so we assumed it would be fixed by now - unfortunately these issues still exist. The kitchen sink kept backing up on us which was a disappointment. Otherwise, the house is well equipped to host a group of 10

Great house but needs updating
We stayed at this house two years ago (loved it which is why we came back) but felt there has been a decline. The house sleeps 10 yet the kitchen was missing large pots and serving bowls and there weren't enough wine glasses, which had not been an issue when we were last there. Also, a few of the burners on the stove didn't work. I had also messaged the host thru Vacasa, which manages the property, with a question the day before we arrived and never heard back. We just got home and still haven't heard back. The heat in the main room was an issue also - didn't get above 65 until our last day although it was very cold. The house has a beautiful view and we skied at Bretton Woods, which is about 30 minutes away, but it could use some updating and the kitchen needs some restocking.

Quick getaway
We had a lovely trip to the area to do a bit of hiking and check out Santa's village. The home was well appointed and the layout helped our families (we had a group of 8) feel like we were together but not on top of each other.

Great location, great place
Spend a week while attending rally racing course, very very nice place to stay, lot of room, and very comfortable. Internet is slow, but did not bother us that much. Thanks for letting us stay there.

Clean and Spacious
We really loved the house and enjoyed our staty. It was clean, spacious and loved the furniture and decorations. We were not aware of limited supply for the trash bag and didn't plan for it but were able to buy it. So not a big deal. The only issue we had was the internet. Kids were not able to watch their show because of slow internet. They had online activities too which didn't go well. We did see a bear one day, was a great entertainment for kids for few mins but was scary at the same time.

Although the house had a good cop on room and great view, the condition of the property was not what we expected. Bed frame broken, dishwasher racks broken, lighting not in working order and other issues.

Peaceful Mountain Retreat
We came here for a long weekend to go hiking at Mt Lafayette and then have a nice place to relax. The views were amazing, and the house was very spacious. There were plenty of beds and bedrooms, and huge open areas for people to relax with space but still be with everyone. I’d definitely come back, and recommend it to anyone staying in the area!

Peaceful and beautiful
The property was great--home was spacious, clean and well cared for. The nice linens provided were appreciated, as was the extra like soap, etc. And the view out the back is just lovely. If we had a criticism it would be about the dim lighting and the colors. Improvements to those would make home perfect!

“Rental”feel
Nice views. We thought the house felt a lot more like a rental than a “home.” Scratchy sheets and towels, the garbage disposal and wood burning stove were both out of order. 2 large shades on picture windows were broken so we couldn’t see out the windows.
