Great location, amenities, and convenience for golf cart rental. Awesome back patio overlooking Lake Erie. Stayed with a handful of friends, but property is well-suited for a large crowd. Lots to do.

We've stayed at these condos twice, in different units. I love that they are right on the water and you can hear the waves lapping the shore right from your own porch. I also appreciate that it isn't right smack dab in the center of town, but just a short golf cart ride away. We accidentally left something valuable behind this trip and the management company's response in getting it back to us quickly and undamaged was outstanding. I'm sure we'll come back yet again!

The condo was very nice and spacious. The condo seemed clean except for the living room floor. Everyone’s socks got dirty on the bottom. Cleaning supplies were very sparse. We had to call for garbage bags.

Condo was very clean. It accommodated the 12 girls for our bachelorette party weekend. We had a great time especially out on the deck and at the pool. We just didn’t like the mayflies over everything on the outside.

The location and condo were fantastic. Plenty of space inside and out to gather as a family. The only cons are that the condo could have been a tad cleaner (floors mopped more thoroughly and shower curtain liners replaced). None of this kept us from being comfortable and enjoying our stay! Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again!

This unit was ideally located close enough to the action but not right in the middle so there was plenty of time to rest and recharge. The unit was clean upon arrival, and spacious for our family. The neighbors above us were a little noisy, but that’s to be expected.

The balcony overlooking Lake Erie was our happy place. We liked most everything. There weren’t any wine glasses even though it said there would be. Only a hodgepodge of plastic mugs and cups but we made-do. A few burnt out light bulbs made it dark inside...so little things bed to be looked at, but over all a very nice experience. Two rooms are very nice the other two could use another nightstand or luggage rack. I liked the decor and nautical flavor.

We have a group of nine ladies that have rented a co do for 2 years in a row and will continue. The condo was clean and plenty big and fully stocked. The patios looking over the water are beautiful. The only draw back this year was the pool was very cloudy and the bathroom at the pool area needs attention. Otherwise, it’s a great location and being able to rent golf carts on the property is a bonus.

We love staying at the condos on Lake Erie when we go to Put In Bay. The property has enough space to enjoy time with family and watch the moonrise. For sure would stay here again!

Excellent stay Labor Day weekend! The 11 of us had plenty of room in this spacious condo! Very close to all amenities, and the local taxis just cost $3 to take you anywhere on the island! We will definitely be planning a trip to come back and stay at the waterfront condos next summer

Condo was very nice though the first the party above us partied a bit loud and long into early morning. The layout between the first floor units and second floor unit have the two floors switched. The layout drawings are of second floor unit. The parking spaces were not assigned to units so our parking spot was not near our unit. Condos are not near the most attractions and restaurants so bicycling or other transportation needed

What a great rental unit for large family or friend getaways. We had the maximum number of allowed guests and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. The place was nice and spacious with a great view of the lake. We had a great time in town and driving around. We did have a noise problem from next door but Security dealt with it immediately. Also a problem with the fridge but they fixed that immediately. All in a a good vacation.

We stayed in the same condo 2 years ago to the day. it was brand new, pool was not ready and some construction debris was scattered around but it was not that big of a deal. This time the condo was completed with decor but floors were dirty and had to keep shoes on the whole time, the patio had a enormous amount of dead bugs that i had to try and sweep off just to sit outside, upon leaving we removed the sheets off of the beds like instructed only to find blood stains etc on the mattress cover. Do not stay here!

The place was represented as finished. It was not. There was very little furniture. No lamps, no furniture in bedroom except tv, box springs and mattress on bed frame. No hangers in closet. No privacy drapes on sliding glass deck door, no blanket on bed, no bathmats, 2 older towels & washcloths, one tea towel in kitchen. The place was pretty but very incomplete. They advertised linens and bedding was provided!!!!! The one bedroom unit we rented was non-existent. Neither the mgr.(?) or us could find it. We were "upgraded". Really, duh! We were advised by the mgr(?) all the furniture didn't come in yet. There was a key less entry doorknob and a deadbolt that closed with a key, both inside and out for extra security. We were never given a key to lock the deadbolt at night BUT checkout instructions said to turn your key in when you left. Cannot use deck when raining because no roof over top deck. The rainwater ran down through all the decks. No drapes, no pictures, no nightstands, no tissues or hahd towels. DO NOT STAY AT ISLAND CLUB RENTALS.
