The house was wonderful. It is tucked in the mountains and has great views. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms accommodated our large family. It was close to hiking spots. The town of Franconia is like a Norman Rockwell painting. Our stay provided a nice get a way from life.

Beautiful cabin in a great location for hiking. We loved dining at the local inns and Franconia center is only three miles away with more restaurants and a fully stocked grocery store. Highly recommend this property - amazing views for your morning coffee.

This home is beautiful. It’s a perfectly designed layout allows for family and friends to share good times while viewing spectacular sights. We loved our experience here and would love to come back.

Myself, my mom, my kids and a couple friends and two of her kids, had an absolutely amazing stay at this wonderful home. It is exactly as advertised! Clean, quiet, and absolutely exceptional views! It was well stocked with everything we needed, and prompt help was available for any concerns we had. I would say the only drawback was that the furniture was pretty uncomfortable. As a landlord myself I completely understand not wanting expensive furniture, but it’s worth noting if anyone in your party has back problems, as one in mine did, be ware of the couch! This small concern did not take away from the overall wonderful experience of our stay, and we would love to return!

The cabin is exactly as described. It's super clean. The kitchen is well equipped with two refrigerators. A new propane tank was left at the grill. The linens and towels are hotel grade. Having washer and drier is convenient. The deco is well thought of.

- There are no locks on the doors, only latches. You can't lock the bathrooms or make the staircase child proof.
- The mattresses are a bit too soft.
- The lighting could use a complete makeover. LED light bulbs and new control knobs are needed. Those incandescent light bulbs heat up the room like furnaces.

We were also very impressed with the services. A local team texted us upon our arrival. A real person answered the phone when we called maintenance late at night. The local team was notified and showed up the next day to work on the problem. They stayed in touch and did everything in their power to make our stay comfortable. We would not hesitate to rent another vacation home from Vacasa.

This was our third time visiting this home, and we already have our fourth visit planned. This home was quiet and tranquil. It was just what we needed and a vacation. Our three-year-old really enjoyed walking the trails behind the house to the river to play and cool off. The location is just close enough to everything that far enough away to feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. Can’t wait to return.

We had an amazing “girls weekend”! The views were incredible, the house was very clean and had almost everything we needed. The local attractions are great, we spent the day at Echo Lake in Franconia, which is about 10 mins away. Littleton is a close drive for take out. We will absolutely be staying here again!

This place is awesome. Has everything you need to cook dinners and the view is spectacular and breathtaking!!!! We didnt want to go home. But all good things come to an end. My son has already asked to go back next year. Love this place!!!!!

If you are looking to get away from the daily grind, look no further! This place is immaculate, serene and very comfortable. I have a very high stress job, love the outdoors and wanted to forget about it all for a few days. My son and I had great hikes every day. Only thing to note is that the internet is VERY slow. Wasn’t a bad thing when the office could not find me but when I wanted to watch a movie, it was painful. Small price to pay for such a great experience.

We were pleased overall with our stay, but we were disappointed that the property was not as clean as we would have wished, especially in light of the pandemic. We found mouse droppings on the outdoor grill and some of the cookware had not been cleaned thoroughly. One of the front bedrooms was quite musty, though to be fair, we were there on some very humid nights. Some of the furniture -- especially the couch in the living room and the mattress in at least one bedroom -- was in desperate need of replacement. That aside, we loved the architecture of the house, the phenomenal views of Lafayette and Kinsman, the wood-burning stove, and the privacy of the setting combined with the phenomenal, convenient location. We would stay again, but the cleanliness and furniture condition gives us pause.

Fantastic place to stay with in driving distance for a lot of activities shopping site seeing food scenic train ride is the best the Basin was awesome truly a fabulous place to visit

Seeing Lafayette and cannon from the porch/windows was amazing. A very picturesque backdrop to look out on. The place itself could have been a little cleaner. Especially since they were advertising hard about their extra COVID cleaning procedures.

We rented the house so we could hike for the week. The house was in the perfect location and minutes from fabulous hiking!

The view is spectacular! The home is immaculate and spacious! It had everything we needed. The Wi-Fi was a bonus. We enjoyed cooking on the BBQ grill most nights. The house was perfectly described in it's listing on the website. We were even fortunate enough to see a black bear on the hill beside the home on our first morning. The home is situated conveniently near Franconia Notch State Park. We spent most of our visit exploring this natural phenomena. We were captivated by the Flume Gorge and took the tram up Cannon Mountain. My husband and son climbed Mt. Lafayette - a memorable experience. A hidden gem we discovered was Clark's Trading Post in Lincoln. We thoroughly enjoyed the bear show and acrobats show. Even our teenagers were very engaged! This family amusement park was very clean, affordable and entertaining! Polly's Pancake Parlor was a delicious place to enjoy different styles of pancakes that your waitress prepares for you! Cort was very helpful providing local details to make our vacation extra special. We saved things to do "next time." Hoping we can come back again!
