We love staying in this cozy condo. It was our 5th year staying in this same unit and everything was perfect as always. The host is the best!

The view is wonderful! The host is truly great. The floors needed washing. There was no non-slip mat in the extremely slippery bathtub. I slipped in it and broke part of my pelvis. I spent the next 15 days in hospitals. There were a few kitchen items that I thought were necessities and weren’t there. There are only two washers and dryers for a huge complex. The one on our floor was in a big closet. When you opened the dryer it hit the wall!
We saw the cleaning lady only once and feel some cleaning details needed addressing. I made our host aware of the shortcomings and hope he takes my comments to heart and improves those things. If you look past these items you can enjoy a beautiful pool and ocean beach that can’t be beat.
Don’t think you’re on the street level, just because you’re on the first floor. There are many steps to navigate. A ramp is available but there are limited handicapped parking spaces near it.

Property was perfect for our visit to the area. Walk-out to the pool plus gate access to the ocean beach. We enjoyed
daily walks watching surfers. An address on the resort sign would have been helpful as GPS on the barrier island is
not dependable.

Some difficulty with communication due to some unfortunate circumstance for the host, but it all worked out well for us. The view and pool location were very nice.

My spouse and I prefer quiet vacation spots. This one fits the bill. Lots of room to walk on the beach, which was just steps from the unit. Very little ambient noise from other guests. And Crescent Beach is not a super busy community with a lot of traffic.
The unit itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We’d stay here again.

This location is excellent. The beach access and pool access were incredible. We were able to see a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral one night. It is close to historic downtown but far enough away to really relax. It was a perfect room for us.

This was a cute room. Everything we needed for our stay. Could walk directly out to pool and beach. Nice, relaxed atmosphere. The only real reason that i didn't give it 5 stars was the room just needed "some love". The nit-picky things like corners, cupboards , etc. Instead of replacing fridge they tryed to paint it type things.
Overall, it was a nice place for the price. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The place was quite. I don't know if it was the right time of year or just a quite location. The few neighbors we had were very nice and quiet at night.

This property was perfect for a solo get away. Clean and comfortable and more space than I expected. I loved the location and the property. Ray was very responsive to all of my questions before and during the stay. I can't think of one thing that could have been improved! If I ever venture near the area again, I would definitely stay here.

The condo was clean and comfortable, although a bit smaller than we expected. The location was perfect. The beach was one of the best we have ever been to on the east coast! Easy access to pool and beach. The whole facility was very clean, especially the pool. Communication with owner was excellent.

Perfect beach getaway!
We could not have been happier with our stay at Beacher's Lodge! The unit was perfect and just as advertised: pool entrance, steps to the beach, walking distance to several great restaurants and bars and a short drive to St. Augustine proper. Ray was SUPER responsive. We only had to contact him a couple times and he got back to us within seconds. He also offered a lot of great details about the area, which was much appreciated. Definitely great for families, couples, friend groups or solo travelers looking to relax on the beach or by the pool. I would highly recommend the Crescent Beach area and Beacher's Lodge and I'm looking forward to going back soon!!

Great location on beach
We loved our stay. Only issue which really wasn’t an issue is that room is ground floor in front of pool and we didn’t leave the blinds open most of time because people would sit right in front of gate and stare in. But other than that we loved our stay and host was great

Great location, beautiful beach
Beachers is an older property and this unit has been partially updated. Located right off the comfortably heated pool it is convenient for swimming, and, technically on the first floor, only one set of steps up from the parking area. Owner was responsive when the battery in the door lock died. Very clean and everything you need. Small but good value for the price.

Great Value
We have stayed in many condos throughout Florida and paid a great deal for most of them. We couldn't believe the price and then after arriving the location and condo. Being pool front was perfect. The owner was awesome and always answered my inquiries promptly. We would stay here again.

Great Beachside Retreat
My wife and I recently stayed here. While not very big it is a perfect little space for two people looking for a relaxing beach get away. It is very clean and cozy. The direct access to the pool and thus the beach is a major plus. We are already planning to stay here again!

This condo is Great for us two Sisters. You open the sliding door and the heated pool is right there, Ahhhh !And the private ramp makes it easier to haul your stuff to the beach. The owner was very prompt on answering my messages. We will stay here again if Available.

This condo was perfect for two people. It was very neat and clean. The property was also kept nice and clean. The owners were very prompt with responses to questions and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this condo.
