It was very clean and tidy. Absolutely loved the massive TV in front of the bed the most, it made it easy to watch movies from the spa bath.

WE only had small showers but only two out of the 5 people could have showers eg. 3 people at night( little girls together)and an adult and morning two people

Staff were so friendly and honest. Would definitely stay there again. The room was huge and fantastic location.

There was a fire alarm evacuation, unfortunately, there did not appear to be any staff on the premises and the guests were left to sort themselves out. Phoning the reception did not elicit any response. Once the firemen left the premises there was no follow up by any member of staff to check on the guests welfare/safety following the evacuation. The property managers were, in my opinion, remiss in their duty of care regarding the guests.

Perfect for a quick business trip. Amenities as advertised. Complimentary milk, juice & chocolates, was a nice touch. Ground level had easy dual access to private parking & beachfront.

Room was warm and spacious. Spa bath was amazing and the patio had an amazing view of the ocean and the fountain over the road. Walking distance to the aquarium and cafes for breakfast/lunch. Staff were amazing

Everything, the lovely wee welcome gift, the cleanliness of the property and being welcomed with as lovely smile.
