We LOVED the staff. The welcome was amazing. The air conditioning was much needed and amazing. Laundry was great. Lift was amazing for my mom who hates stairs.
The fridge was hard to close and the pillows were a little bit too flat for me. Location was amazing but we found that next time we might like to be closer to Trastevere

The location was great! There’s an elevator available which was nice for my parents who had difficulty taking the stairs up to the apartment.

location in centre of Spagna, nicely designed apartment with 2 bathrooms and a washing machine, very nice host with good recommendations for restaurants, good arrangement for taxi to airport

It was in a great location and the apartment was very spacious. The hosts were fantastic. Veronica was always a message or phone call away. On our first night we were welcomed by Silvia who was really helpful and friendly. she gave a run down of everything and even gave us an idea of where important locations where situated. All in all we were very happy with the apartment and would definitely come back again.

This is an amazing apartment pretty much 20 minutes walk from every tourist area and attraction in Rome. Veronica and Sylvia were very welcoming, helpful, and full of great tips. They were on hand to help with anything we needed.
We were able to walk everywhere as the location was just perfect. The apartment was clean, comfortable and welcoming.

The apartment was big and well laid out.. everything you could want was in it and it was exceptional clean.. the staff were really friendly and extremely helpful.. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and I will definitely be coming back
the 75 steps to the 3rd floor but to be fair there is a lift we choose the stairs to try work off some of the excellent food and wine we consumed

Pretty much everything. I do not typically write reviews on sites like this, but this place was AMAZING. You simply cannot get a better location, service, value than this
the location is in the heart of the Roma visitors sights, the host Veronica and Silvia explained everything for me regarding the apartment and its neighborhood, i’ve been in 5* hotels in Roma, but i found App Condotti Luxury Apartment much much better and more comfort than others
