I have stayed at this hotel before and this time the room was too small. Shower pressure and temperature could be better.

Excellent quality service at very reasonable price. Everything about this hotel was just perfect - the interior, the room, the comfort of the beds, the staff, the breakfast. We were particularly surprised by how great the SPA was. This hotel deserves every star it has - try it, see for yourself and you won't be disappointed.

We are very grateful for a little gift and greetings card in our room on the day of our arrival - it was our honeymoon stay and it made it even more special. Staff is nice and very helpful, cocktails at the bar - excellent, breakfast magnificent. Also the SPA offer is very vast - 4 types of Sauna, pool, 2 jacuzzi outside. Also we really appreciate that such premium hotel treats guests in a premium way: there are no micropayments like in other hotels like parking (at Aries it's included) so it doesn't feel like Ryanair :) Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Good breakfast, lovely dinner, nice pool area with hot tubs, excellent location.

Stayed in an executive room with 2 single beds and not much space between them. There were pillars to the side of the beds, so it was difficult to get in and out! The blinds were too high for us to reach, so we had the sun pouring in early in the morning.

The best hotel in town.Everything is perfect. Will come back soon.

Breakfast was awesome and room is great with comfortable bed. The sauna and hot tub are very nice and refreshing after hiking. Although it costs more than some other places in Zakopane you get what you pay for.

We liked absolutely everything during our stay in Aries Hotel Zakopane. Staff was smiling all the time and in the amazing SPA you will recharge your batteries and relax for sure. Also breakfast was superb and very tasty where you can taste different traditional Polish dishes. Design of the hotel is totally detailed and you will be amazed for sure too, as we were. Thank you Aries for amazing stay!

Amazing food in the restaurant. Lovely staff. Lovely amenities. Brilliant playgrounds in the hotel for the children.

Some armchairs in the restaurant are falling apart and are wobbly. Some dressing gowns need replacing, too, as they are missing hooks.

Large, comfortable room. Location near centre of the town but not loud at night.

Overall hotel is in good location and in good condition. As family of four, we were comfortable in our room with beds for all, plus two bathrooms. There was parking.

We got stomach ill during the trip and the hotel chef didn't want to prepare for my kids simple cooked potatoes for their upset stomachs. I had to talk to front desk and it toook one and half hour to cook potatoes! By the time it was served, our dinner was finished...
