Overall it didn’t feel 100% clean, like the bathroom and accessories in the room were full with dust

Right in the centre of the Altstadt.

My room was on the fourth floor and there is no lift. The room was functional for one but a little tired.

The comforter and pillows were comfortable, and the location was great.

Not having a phone number to reach the concierge if a problem were to arise. Not having any dishes to use in microwave to heat up food. No cream or whitener for the coffee.

Beds are very uncomfortable, the bed creaks very much, the doors, the sink fell off in the bathroom ,very poor repair, there is mold in the bathroom, everything is very creaky and old, a lot of dust. You can hear your neighbors behind the wall very well. If you turn on the refrigerator, you will not be able to sleep, it is very buzzing.
