great location, clean, free parking, close to the beach

Absolutely nothing was good - the beds had sheets like a kids bed. The beds were mushy. The bathroom smelled terrible. It is like a cheap hostel with mold.

The room was very humid and had mold and a very moldy smell. We complained right away. They just kept saying we didn’t know what we were talking about and would not let us out of the reservation and said we needed to contact Booking.com, which we did, and they told booking.com they would not let us out. It went on and on with them lying and blaming Booking.com. I looked up their Google reviews which are horrible and filled with people that had similar bad experiences. Honestly read through the reviews for yourself and look it up on other platforms before you get stuck in the situation we did. It is run by horrible people who apparently spy on guests through their cameras.

Room was nice, beds were comfy, kitchenette was useful

Check-in is a hassle. They don't have a proper front desk, lots of writing back and forth to get check-in instructions. The biggest problem was that they didn't allow leaving luggages before check-in, which is at 3 pm, so we had to change our travel arrangements and loose half a day of our short trip. On the way back, we found a hotel in the city that was super nice to keep our luggagges. Neighboring house has a few barking dogs. They bark every single time going in and out, our kid wasn't happy with that. They gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 trashbags for 3 nights, there is no way of getting more from them. Also, it is far from everything. You need to arrange your private transportation.

The property was quiet and well kept.

We did not meet anybody from management to ask about recycling. The housekeeping staff were friendly but spoke no English to ask them. I was separating rubbish but soon realised that it was all being dumped in one big bin so brought plastics and bottles with me to place in Municipal bins when going to beach or town I could walk down the hill to the beach but struggled with the walk back up. People younger than me also struggled. Taxis were slow to arrive and none were available at the taxi rank in the town at any time we went there.

Location, it is in the middle of a residential area, but once you’re on the property you feel like you’re on a mini glamping. Only 5 or 6 tiny houses, with enough privacy

I had to get used that there was no personel seen on property, but they were very easy to reach and quick via what’s app.

Beautiful grounds & the villas were very nice.

The management seem to have a policy of setting ridiculous rules & not paying attention to whether the guest is enjoying their stay. They wouldn’t let us park in their car park before check in, so we had to park on the busy road outside by the bins and unpack and sort through our luggage there & then leave the luggage in the car for the day (we weren’t available to check in til later that night). All they had to do was open the gate for us but they refused as it was not yet 3pm. They hassled me for €30 cash as a dog levy despite me telling them on text beforehand I had a dog with me & they didn’t mention the charge then. They kept saying it was listed on booking but I still can’t find where it says there’s a levy, I guess it’s hidden in the small print somewhere. It just says ‘Pet Friendly’ on booking so I assumed they were actually friendly towards pets & didn’t tax them (it’s not like they provided a dog bed or food bowl etc for the dog once I paid the €30). They must have text me 10 WhatsApp’s about it, they knocked on our door & they even had booking.com call me, just to get the €30 cash. There’s also nothing at all provided in the villas, no shower gel, bottled water, etc & they’re no shops nearby. A little bit more care for guests & less worrying about rigid rules would go a long way here as it’s is actually a beautiful place.

It would have been nice to have a smart TV to watch Netflix in the evenings, but it was not a priority for us.
