Una grande sala con soffitto a volta e una pianta aperta è la principale area di raccolta della casa. Lo spazio è luminoso e aperto e presenta tutti i nuovi mobili, TV, lettore Blu ray DVD, illuminazione, un nuovo tappeto e decorazioni. Un bell'arredamento porta i colori della piscina attraverso le porte scorrevoli in vetro. Tutta l'elettronica di casa e via cavo è qui per te, così come il WiFi per l'intera casa.
Cucina
La cucina è stata rinnovata con una nuova stufa, forno a microonde e dispone anche di una vasca idromassaggio e un frigorifero / congelatore con fabbricatore di ghiaccio. Abbiamo anche aggiornato tutte le stoviglie per includere un set completo da utilizzare a bordo piscina e un set formale completo per l'interno. Tutto è qui per te per preparare e cucinare i tuoi pasti.
Abbiamo anche una dispensa per migliorare la tua conservazione. Il tavolo della cucina abitabile può essere ampliato per ospitare 6-8 persone. 6 persone possono cenare comodamente nella sala da pranzo formale.

This property is incredible. They think of everything. Check in… Easy. Stay… Absolutely amazing. Check out… Almost effortless. I’ve stayed at several VRBO’s in the past and the requirements for check out have been extensive. This one only has a few simple requests and you are done. Super EASY!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! Christine was a fabulous host, answering all of our questions before reservations were made, after reservations were made, and then throughout our stay when needed. The house was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The game-room, pool and hot tub were definitely the place to be for our teenagers, and young adult children…the included hot tub heat was such a wonderful bonus!
The drive to and from the parks was just as expected, although Christine gave us a great inside tip which helped tremendously. Our teenagers said this was the best vacation we have ever had. Thanks so much to Christine and her family for sharing their lovely home and for being such amazing and gracious hosts!

We spent our Family Christmas here it and it was awesome. Everything was as described in the details. There were 13 of us and we had plenty of rooms and beds. The host is one of the best hosts I have ever spoken to through VRBO. Anytime I had a question all I had to do was message her and she answered quickly. My family will stay here again.

The home was the cleanest we have ever stayed at. Everything was just as the pictures showed. We only had one problem with the air conditioner but it was taken care of immediately. I have never dealt with such a compassionate owner in all the times we have gone on vacation. Was advertised as having a stroller but unfortunately someone took it with them. She let us go purchase one and I was reimbursed immediately. The pool was fabulous and my 2yr. old great grandson made the hot tub his personal pool. I would recommend this place to anyone. Unbelievable price and owner to deal with. I WILL rent from them again. Thanks again, Gayle.

This home was beautiful and inviting. We had a great time. There’s a Publix down the street from when you exit the complex which was very convenient. Pool was a hit as well as the pool table. Perfect mixture of fun for my family.

We had a great week staying at this property! Check in was a breeze and the owner was amazing with answering questions and just checking in on us. The game room was a huge plus for the kids! They had tons of fun! Plenty of space for us to be together but still have space! The included pool/spa heat was a great added bonus! And the clean up/check out process was the easiest of any VRBO we have rented! Thanks for a great stay!

Stay was absolutely fabulous. House was perfect and the kids loved it!!! House was as depicted in photos and owners were great to work with and always had efficient and quick responses to any questions. It was so awesome that pool and hot tub heat was included because that is an extra expense that I never want to pay for. I have stayed in many places over the years in this area and heat is never included so that was great!! I am hoping this place is available next year when I bring my group down because everyone loved it so much!!

We were looking for someplace not to far but not to close to the madness of Disney. This is perfect, you can be at Disney in 40 minutes, Marathon beach in an hour and 30 minutes, Coco beach in an hour and Clearwater beach in 2 hours. Privacy, your own pool and hot tub with pool heat included with your stay. Plenty of room and easy to get to. Very nice home.

Great home in Davenport to enjoy some time away from the kiddies. Just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the parks but close enough to take advantage of the many dining opportunities.

Walked in door and saw filthy floors. Went into kitchen and saw food crumbs all over counter tops, tables, stove top, and refrigerator, freezer was absolutely dirty where there was no way I would put my food in there. Throw rugs on floor was so disgusting with dirt, food, and long black hairs. First few days of our vacation was ruined. We had to clean the whole house ourselves. Carpeted areas were so full of dirt owner sent her daughter to the house to commercial steam clean the carpets. The cleaning service for this house allowed us to walk into a gross, NOT SANITIZED home. NO excuse to let next renters have to deal with filth from previous renters.

Overall. Excellent property. Very clean. We were glad we rented house for 11 people rather than stay in individual rooms at a hotel.
Unfortunately property managers did poor job of responding to issues. We had no hot tub heat and it wasn’t fixed until the last night we were there. Ceiling fan had a balloon wrapped in it and they never responded to that. I’m still not sure whether we were supposed to have Brighthouse TV. It never worked. I’ll rate it an 8 out of 10

Perfect in every way . Beautiful gated location, very modern clean house with all that you need. Property owner so very helpful when I had questions. Pool and hot tub great, so much room for everyone to have their needed space. I hated to leave, I want to go back. My only suggestion would be to consider hand rails for entering and exiting pool.

Just returned from 10 nights at this property and could not fault our stay. Everything was exactly as expected - great house, pool, location, games room, etc.
The only thing to be aware of is the traffic getting to Universal can be challenging, up to one hour, - Disney was fine.
All in all we had a great time and my grandson loved it.

I have to be honest: while this was a nice house, it lacked any personal touch or consideration for the guests. When we initially arrived, we had to wait almost 30 minutes to get into the house because the cleaning service was still there. The house keeper apologized and said she was just finishing up. You would think that meant that the house would be especially clean, but that was not the case.

When we brought this up to the owner, she was defensive and rude. She passed the blame on to others and refused to compensate us in any way, and tried to get us to fix the problems ourselves.
The owner said that it wasn't clean because "we interrupted the house keeper, and that we should've given her more time".. even though it overlapped with our check in time.. (time we paid for).. and then switched her story exclaiming, "Well it was sparkling clean when I left it this morning!" So basically claiming we were in the wrong for finding it not to be clean.
After a man got on the phone, she did offer to send us a little money so we could go out for pizza while the cleaning crew came back, but neither of those things happened. The initial house keeper did return after 4 hours to give us one roll of paper towels, and a couple of rolls of toilet paper. (Of which there were none) .. But that's all.
We also ended up having to buy so much, just to have basic needs a hotel would offer for free. Toilet paper and paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwashing detergent, spices of any kind.. All on our dime.
So, be aware when looking at this property and be prepared to bring or buy a lot of what you would think is included. Hopefully you don't have to deal with the owner, you'll find yourself left high and dry after a fight just to have your basic needs met in a reasonable manner.

All accommodations in one spot
From the beginning we were impressed on how many beds were available to accommodate our family and the cleanliness and creativity in the decor truly made u feel like you were on vacation. The bonus game room was fun for everyone, as their are a broad range of games to play during downtime. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Communication was wonderful throughout the trip and I would definitely book this home again when I am in the Orlando area. We went to the Rainforest cafe at Disney and it was a short 15-30 min drive depending on the time of day. It is about a 45-60 min drive to universal studios. But I would still be willing to drive again for this home.

Very Nice Home
Overall the home was exactly what we needed. There was a few minor cleaning issues which we contacted the owner. The neighborhood was in the middle of new home construction so getting in and out during the day around the workers was at times challenging, but don't let these items prevent you from the overall positives,
This house had the space and amenities we needed for the large group. Everyone had their own bed, the kitchen allowed us to cook when needed and the pool/hot tub allowed time with everyone after the busy days we had planned.
I would certainly keep this place in mind if you are looking for a home that requires large groups. The location to most things was convenient.

The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for after a park day or days in between parks. The house itself had everything we needed to prepare meals each day. Great value for the cost! This was my 1st time renting a VRBO, and I couldn't have been more pleased. House was as described besides the air hockey table is replaced by a shuffle board table. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable is provided. Mornings are so peaceful and we loved watching a family of sand cranes come up every morning. This house is technically 15 minutes to Disney but realistically the traffic makes it twice as longer. Anywhere you go in the area takes way longer than expected. Overall had a great experience, house was lovely, pool and hot tub fun and relaxing. I would definitely consider renting this home again. Christine is very responsive if you have any questions. Thanks for the wonderful stay
