Absolutely beautiful from beginning to end. Staff were really helpful & polite. Room was stunning & the view was to die for. Definitely would go back there & I would definitely recommend it.

Restaurant wasnt open and no entertainment

We ended up in a nice, roomy and clean property with a large balcony with sun, which was perfect for us. Staff were very friendly and the cleaners were efficient. There was an issue in the bathroom that was promptly taken care of.

Some of the furniture was a bit wonky (the coffee table), and the coffee machine didn’t brew hot coffee, but it wasn’t too much of an issue. It was located under the bar/communal area so it was quite noisy early in the morning when chairs were moved around. Also, a heated pool would have been preferred as it was pretty cold and therefore not super tempting going for a swim unless the sun was out.

it was in a good location viewing the ocean and marina. We had one of the rooms located with a private gate. there was four in total. our cleaner was fantastic and very thorough with her job.

just that there was no privacy between the four rooms with a private gate.

The pool was perfect and the poolside bar was very handy and the food there was very nice ans the drink was so affordable , especially loved happy hour!

I wish the restaurant stayed open later

Everything at Holiday Club Puerto Calma was fantastic. The view was amazing and the cleanliness of the room was exceptional. Pool area and grounds were beautiful. What really stood out was the staff at reception. They provided a wealth of information and were always very courteous, friendly and humorous. A special thanks to Jonathan, Alvaro and Ajonay at reception, the resort is very lucky to have them working there as well as housekeeping and pool staff. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future and will tell all my friends and family.

The hotel let me check in early and very easy process. Room was spacious and clean, a bit outdated for 4 stars but value for the money. Nice big balcony with chairs & lounge chairs. The view about the beach from our balcony is amazing. I have attached 2 photos (early morning and night time view from our balcony). Location is only 10 minutes walk to the main beach. In the opposite of the hotel there is a supermarket and many restaurants for foods.

Didn't know I have been charged a fee when I asked the reception to order me a taxi to the airport. Only found out I've been charged after landed back home.

Property was as expected, nice and comfortable

Nice clean appartment and cooking facilities but there was only a coffee table to eat at. Not good to have to sit hunched up. View was nice but noisy music at night from an establishment across the road.

No sun on balcony until 15.00 every day for 3 hours. The breakfast was unchanging and very basic. Nice clean appartment and cooking facilities but there was only a coffee table to eat at. Room was comfortable and had English channels on the TV. Also had a good view of the harbour.

The room faced north, so there was no sun on the balcony until late afternoon, making it quite chilly to sit outside most of the time. The room was also a bit noisy and I was woken up sometimes at about 3am by other residents returning from their night out.

contact with the property about the booking was quite poor, they were defensive and not really willing to help. after all (and while paying quite more than we anticipated) it was ok.

in the b-blok lower floors there is quite some noise from the road below, in the a-block in winter there is hardly any sun at the balcany.

Supposed to be a heated pool but it was very cold indeed.

Close to everything, no big hills as you are at the bottom already. We had a room that wasn’t facing the marina, but you still had full marina views and also views of all the beautiful town up the hill! Pool and sunloungers were amazing

The only bad thing about this property is the breakfast isn’t the best, however it does the job.

Amazing view of marina from the enormous terrace. Spacious and spotlessly clean inside. Has every utensil you need for a self catering stay including a dishwasher and dishwasher tablets. We loved it!

The breakfast had little choice and was poor value for money.
