Close to every thing. Clean n very nice outside kitchen n view of Main Street. Owner was very friendly n helpful.

The location was great, basically in the centre of town, a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. You have all the amenities you would expect in a self contained suite, and if you are missing something the landlords go out of their way to accommodate you. Especially loved being able picked up fresh product every morning at the shop next door, cooking my meals in an semi-outside atmosphere while watching the activities of the town - it was great. However, the best attribute of of staying here was the friendly and the attentive owners - they are the best!

Only minor issue was the noise from the two bars, that are close by, was a bit annoying but it was only a few nights a week (basically the weekend), and easily drowned out or enjoyed, your choice. After all you are on vacation so just chill out and enjoy. This small issue would not stop me from coming back. It is a great place!

Super hosts! Incredibly friendly and helpful. Family run, small (6 rooms) and very safe. Excellent budget accommodations. If you need something, they bring it right up. (Ie. I needed some pots for cooking.). They also lent me an industrial fan for white noise. They forewarned me about the bar a block away but the fan was sufficient and I loved the location. Just a few blocks from beach and my collectivo dropped me off on highway just a two blocks away! Any questions I had were answered almost immediately via WhatsApp.

The bathroom has a large window, it's very high and private but the sun is a real scorcher during the day. Keeping the shower curtain shut helped.

The owners and managers were super accommodating! The place was spacious and very clean! The little outdoor kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed.

Very clean, centrally located

The location was perfect! I didn't mind the loud music coming from the club on the other side of the street. The staff was great.

dirty walls, water from the shower running all over the bathroom floor, the window in the room was really high and made the room feel very enclosed. Just wish the room itself didn't feel like being in solitary confinement. Thank goodness for the balcony. We spent most of our stay getting to know the city, visiting other towns nearby, and on the balcony. Only went in the room when ready to go to sleep. The walls could use a coat of fresh paint, if not at least a little cleaning. The water from the shower runs all over the bathroom floor because it's flat. I would not stay here again.

Nice place ,very affordable, just what I need for my stay in Rincon de Guayabitos and close enough to the Beach. and the staff always helpful and providing wide information about places and services around the beach and town
