Great accommodation option for those who come snowkiting in Satzung, or to enjoy the cross country skiing domains. Room is spacious, bright, clean, warm, bed is comfortable, and too bad I didn't have time to enjoy the sauna. Maybe another time, as I will surely come back

Ski room is not heated/not properly setup, so your boots may stay wet

The room was big.

The reception ruined our stay. We have made the booking via booking.com with an agreed price incl. breakfast. We had a very hard discussion on arrival because she wanted us to pay much more (1.500 CZK more) for the room without breakfast. They didn't have our reservation and only after calling twice and half an hour later they finally found him. I had shown them the reservation for my phone but she didn't believe it. Even when they found the reservation, which clearly stated that we had paid extra for breakfast, she didn't want to give it us until I became very angry. There was a willingness to apologize, really ridiculous. P.s. They wore not wearing any protection by the reception like a mouth cap. Not even when they walked with us to show where the restaurant is. Not recommended!!!!!!
