La sala da pranzo si trova adiacente alla cucina e nel centro della casa. Un tavolo da pranzo in legno bianco può ospitare 6 persone sotto un bellissimo lampadario da spiaggia.
Per semplificare le cose, offriamo una cucina completamente attrezzata che include un tostapane, un frullatore e una macchina per il caffè. La cucina dispone di ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e splendidi armadietti offrono molto spazio. Il backsplash aggiunge alla fresca atmosfera da spiaggia.
C'è una tana aggiuntiva che dispone di un divano con una grande tv. Con ampie finestre, questa sala accogliente offre molta luce naturale ed è perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una lunga giornata in spiaggia.

House was clean and everything worked as intended. Pool area was nice and was clean on arrival. The walk to beach is short which made location of the house perfect. Would suggest bringing a fan for King Bedroom as it was the hottest room due to limited air flow and ceiling fan not in optimal location.

Upon arrival, we found the temperature inside the house to be a stifling 87 degrees. It was evident that the A/C was not working properly, leading to three nights of discomfort. My four kids even said, "This is the worst vacation." Fortunately, the management company was able to fix the A/C for the remainder of our stay. Additionally, we discovered that the king mattress in the master bedroom had been flipped upside down, causing us to sleep on a very hard, springy bed for a couple of nights before investigating the discomfort.We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, beach towels, nice linens, and the convenient proximity to restaurants and the beach. However, the uncomfortable sleep and the extreme heat for a few days significantly impacted our experience, and unfortunately, we would not return.

Fantastic. It is in a residential neighborhood, so we had NO issues with noise or safety. Close to the beach & the beach itself is beautiful. The pool/outdoor space is inviting, & as a bonus, there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance. I have HIGH cleanliness standards & the inside of the house meet those standards. We had plenty of pool & shower towels & the washer/dryer was a nice perk. The kitchen is sparse but does have everything you need. The rental company responded very quick for any inquiry we had & allowed us to check in early. I feel like the description of the property is accurate as are the reviews.
However, there are few things I would like to add.
1. The room with the 2 twins is large enough for a pack and play and still leaves plenty of space in the room
2. The pool/outdoor space has recently been renovated, we did find it in need of a clean. The pool company came out on Thursday to clean the pool, which made a difference, however, the sitting area needed to be hosed down and scrubbed.
3. Our stay occurred in mid-May and the AC unit had trouble keeping up. The AC was set to 72 and the house would often creep up to 78+ during the day and not go back down to 72 until 4-5AM which made sleeping difficult.
4. We saw a few cockroaches and rats “playing” in the landscaping. This is commonplace in Florida, however, slightly unsettling to us from the North.
All in all, we would stay at this property again & rent from Beach Time Rentals again.

This home was wonderful for us! We had 4 grandkids under 2 and 6 adults. The pool was a must but would have liked it to be heated longer and earlier each day. Also loved the easy one block walk to the beach.

Sea la Vie is a beautiful property and was perfect for our family group of 9. Quiet neighborhood close to beach. The pool and hot tub area are wonderful, the hot tub is nice and big which is why we booked the property. We did have issues with the hot tub. There is an extra charge to heat it, $15 a day, and it is on from 2 pm to 10 pm. Unfortunately it did not work as scheduled until several days into our stay but the rental agent was able to tell us what to do to make it come on most of the time. It was eventually fixed and Beachtime Rentals did ultimately refund the $15 a day (plus they heated the pool for us) so they did make accommodation. These things happen and it wouldn’t stop me from renting there again. It is a beautiful property.

Great location on Indian Rocks Beach that's a little over a block to the beach access, within 12 blocks of two parks and a library for the kids and all sorts of bars and restaurants around.
The pool and backyard are great for family entertaining with lots of seating and space.
If you plan to cook a lot during your stay the kitchen is somewhat sparse in appropriate knives, pots/pans, cutting boards etc, but can get the job done. I'd say be aware as well that there's a charge for flipping on the heat in the hot tub. They do note this in the listing, but somewhat fine print and in my view the heat part of a hot tub is something that should be included similar to a toaster getting hot when you press the lever down - core to its functionality. (I can understand paying extra to heat a pool)

We stayed here for a bachelorette party. The house was incredibly clean and the communication was really clear and easy. The pool was the perfect size for the 7 of us and plenty of places for us all to sleep. It was right across the street from the beach access point which was great as well!

Everything was exactly as presented! The pool was perfect after beach days! Property was clean and well stocked for everything needed! Beds were comfy and street was quiet! Only a short walk to the beach which was perfect! Will definitely be back in the future!

I was disappointed with house, I spent $7,000.00 and the air condition broke and the third bedroom had sliding doors with glass no privacy for changing and it was right off the dining and kitchen area. When i called they said they would refund the hot tub expensive because I refused to use it the night I saw the snake, and they did not. The people called e and said welcome to Florida and that the snake wouldn't hurt me, but for me it was aggressive and came out of the trees with its mouth open. I hope the next renters do not have to experience what we did.

Great Stay At Sea La Vie
The place was everything advertised and more. The house was super clean. The location to the beach was a quick, safe walk. The pool was used at least 2 times a day.
Allison was a rock star. Her communication, speed of returning messages, and follow up was exceptional. She is a customer service expert.
I highly recommend this property. We are already looking at booking next summer.

This property is in a perfect location and the house is beautiful. We did learn on our way down to Florida that the backyard was under construction because they are putting in a pool, so once that is complete this will honestly be the PERFECT place to stay on vacation. The inside of the house is clean and the kitchen is fully equipped with quality utensils and appliance unlike many rental properties. It takes literally 3 minutes to walk to the beach and there are also several great restaurants and ice cream shops within walking distance that we frequented. There are 2 sheds outside of the house that have plenty of beach chairs, sand toys and a handy wagon to transport all your "stuff" to the beach. The property management company, Heidi in particular, was also terrific to work with especially since the backyard became temporarily unusable space. They handled it professionally and took care of us from start to finish. Sea La Vie is the perfect place to stay in Indian Rocks Beach!

Very Nice place but had a few hiccups
Beautiful house and walking distance to the beach. The house had everything we needed, definitely enough towels which helps with having a pool and the beach. We did have a few issues with the pool/hot tub regarding the heat (that you pay extra for) and the hot tub draining to below halfway so we didn’t use it 2-3 days. We did get refunded for part of what we paid for the heat though. The rental company also sent pool people out to check it was working correctly. One morning the carbon monoxide alarm went off and we contacted the rental company and they had someone come out to check if it was safe and to turn off the alarm which wouldn't shut off. Same thing happened with the smoke alarm a different morning. Overall our stay was fine just had some issues to deal with which can be frustrating when on vacation but the rental company did try to fix the problems.

Fantastic experience! This home is beautiful and extremely well equipped. We stayed for a week in January and had the pool/spa heated and got plenty of use out of both. The kitchen has everything you need, including a coffee maker, Keurig - even an instant pot - and a great selection of high quality pans and dishes. There's a basket full of pool/beach towels (and washer/dryer) but bring your own beach chairs and cooler for the very easy and short walk to the ocean. Kudos to the owners on creating the perfect spacious modern rental home. Highly recommended.

We had THE BEST time at Sea La Vie. It was absolutely perfect and just so darn cute. I booked before the pool was in and I was a little nervous but wow - it was just the perfect little retreat. The pool was beyond amazing. We had five girls and there was plenty of space. The house is decorated beautifully and so clean. So many dishes and towels, beach and regular. Tons of fridge space. Lots of kitchen supplies (toaster, blender, keurig and drip coffee machine, etc.) Location was great too - we walked to the beach twice and the little walkway was also adorable. There was also a wagon on site to tote things to the beach. A nice big driveway. Cheap Uber rides to anywhere we needed to go. Communication was also great (we only needed to communicate ahead of time - had zero problems to address during our stay!) it looks exactly like the pictures. We could not have been more pleased and would absolutely stay again!

Beach house
Beautiful, clean home. Quiet location. Pool was not finished, but will be beautiful once complete. Quick walk to Indian Rock Beach. Indian Rock beach is a very nice, quiet beach. If you want to head over to Clearwater, it is a short drive to the beach and downtown area. Downtown Clearwater has great restaurants and shops. Clearwater Beach has chair, umbrella and cabana rentals. Lots to do, parasailing, jet ski & boat tours, etc. Worrh checking out the area.

This property was gorgeous. The house itself was perfect for our family of 8. The kitchen was amazing and the bathroom had a washer and dryer that really came in handy with having kids! Communication with the property manager was easy and fast. I would highly recommend this Vrbo!

Beach Get Away
Sea La Vie was the perfect house for our family. We loved the location, in between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach. We enjoyed visiting the area beaches and restaurants. Indian Rocks Beach, although not a great lay out, spend the afternoon beach, is 20 steps across the street. This beach is beautiful for walking, sunrises and sunsets! Nothing more beautiful and relaxing.
