Lasciati alle spalle le preoccupazioni quotidiane quando sei in vacanza a Villa 45 direttamente di fronte a South Beach sull'isola di Bald Head.

La cucina gourmet è stata recentemente aggiornata con ripiani in granito e presenta elettrodomestici di qualità. Fornito di tutto il necessario, sarai in grado di preparare grandi pasti in famiglia in questo spazio.
La camera da letto principale ha una splendida vista sull'oceano e dispone di un letto king size con testiera personalizzata, mensole integrate e un bagno privato con doccia. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e un bagno comunicante con doccia. La camera da letto a soppalco offre la regina, oltre a un letto singolo e vanta ampie vedute dal balcone adiacente. Un mezzo bagno è attaccato.
Tutte le camere sono dotate di Smart TV.
La nostra villa è ben situata nel complesso con un grande prato sia di fronte alla villa che a lato del luogo che offre un sacco di spazio per giocare e godersi un incontro intorno alla griglia all'aperto. Se il sole diventa troppo luminoso, rilassati sotto il ponte sulle sedie Adirondack o sull'amaca.
Due golf cart a quattro posti arrivano nella villa e saranno il tuo mezzo di trasporto principale per l'isola.
Ci sono quattro nuove biciclette e due incrociatori da spiaggia per il ciclismo isola / spiaggia.
Forniamo biancheria, teli mare, un ombrellone e alcuni giochi da spiaggia.

Abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di soggiornare a Villa 45 per un paio di giorni quest'estate e abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno! La bellissima South Beach è a 5 minuti a piedi ed è ampia e tranquilla. Ci è piaciuto stare proprio accanto al club BHI e ci è piaciuto molto passeggiare per una deliziosa cena una sera. La Villa era davvero carina, pulita e fresca, confortevole e ben fornita. Abbiamo fatto delle fantastiche gite in bici mattutina con gli incrociatori inclusi nella Villa. Il tramonto dal mazzo non può essere battuto. Che posto fantastico su questa splendida isola!

Clean villa stocked with all you need. Convenient check in. Enjoyed watching the wildlife in the pond from the deck and lower patio. Ocean front view was beautiful. Management was responsive when we had a few issues.

House was very clean, bright, cozy and right across the road from the beach!! Owners were very responsive when needed!!! Great place to get away from all the hustle and bustle of everyday life!!

This was our first time visiting Bald Head Island. It was relaxing with a perfect view of the ocean. Just a short walk to watch the sunset. We traveled to all the sites on a golf cart and enjoyed the scenic and relaxing ride around the Island visiting the shops and restaurants.

Perfect location. Nice highchair and pack n play provided however the house itself is not very toddler friendly. Consider bringing a couple baby gates for the stairs and master bedroom doorway. Also, double check the grill works if you plan on using one. Again, great location and view. Would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I and our two dogs really enjoyed staying in the townhouse. The beach was right there, the townhouse had everything we needed, and the property managers were incredibly helpful! Loved it!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The house was cozy and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped, good pots and stove. The view is amazing and we loved the location. We could walk to the BHI Club and walk across the street to the ocean for sunrise walks on the beach. A real getaway.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this rental property. The location was central to everything, the two golfcarts definitely helped with getting around. Nice view of the ocean from the deck, and the management was super helpful and quick to respond to any issues.
I would like to note our only issues were overall cleanliness of this property. I would suggest to management they change their cleaning company, because they crew does not do a great job. Overall for the price and location it’s a good option.

Great location, beautiful panoramic ocean views of South Beach, two golf carts, bikes, and beach equipment. Villa 45 had everything we were looking for in our trip to BHI. The hosts, Katie and Edie, were terrific. Great communication from the time we booked through when we were ready to depart back to the mainland. We would rent this place again.

The highlight of this property is the magnificent view; from the deck, across the little road, over the dunes, and gazing over the ocean. Views of sunsets were equally stunning and a brief walk across the dunes at entry point 13 took us to a largely deserted beach.
The kitchen was well appointed, compact and convenient. Beds comfy, good built in storage for a weeks stay.
The host checked in with us after arrival and answered any questions promptly. That was much appreciated.

We have stayed in several of these Villas apreviously. Weather was great. Property Managers were amongst the best in timely responses we have encountered. We always appreciate a pet friendly condo & we would rent again.

My mom, daughter and I stayed here for a few days and had the best time. We enjoyed the views by sitting outside or on the porch constantly. They had everything we needed for beach visits and to make most of our meals in the kitchen. I look forward to returning again one day soon!

The Villa was just great for my husband, myself and our dog. It was in the perfect location, with stunning ocean views and sunsets. Having 2 golf carts was a plus so that you could trade out and continue exploring the island. The Villa was clean and tidy and had the main essentials for cooking. Communication with Edie and Katie was a breeze. They were always helpful and answered any questions in a very timely manner. All - in- all, our vacation was wonderful. We will definitely be back again!

This villa was perfect for our family with 3 young kids. It was well stocked with many of the essentials for cooking, cleaning, and enjoying the beach. The views from both decks were great. We loved watching the alligators swim by in the evenings. The property managers are knowledgeable and responsive. I highly recommend this rental!

The property was next to BHI Club. We enjoyed our stay and the convenience to the pool and restaurants. Condo was comfortable. Enjoyed the golf carts! Really nice neighborhood. Very quiet. Edie Surratt was the best in communications! Responded immediately to any questions. Fun week with family!

This was a great house for my family of 5 and our dog. Everything was clean and was as advertised. The beds were comfortable and the built in dresser/closet in the master bedroom was very clever! There was plenty of outdoor space and they were extremely pleasant and responsive to our requests/questions. We especially enjoyed sitting on the downstairs deck overlooking the lagoon. The kids enjoyed having their own space and TV in the loft area. Thank you for sharing your home!

Put a smaller table in the dining room. Even though we are small people, it was impossible to access the far side of the table because it’s too close to the walls on both sides. Fortunately there is a table outside.
Replace the dishwasher. It’s very old and noisy. The upper rack is rusted and kept falling off of the rollers. We were concerned that it would collapse and dishes would break. The bottom rack kept getting stuck in what we called “the door canyon,” which meant that we had to lift the rack to put it back in the dishwasher.
These things didn’t diminish our stay…we provided extra detail so that the problems could be better understood.

Great location! Beds and linens were great however bathrooms not particularly shiny clean. Cabinetry in the kitchen was exceptionally dirty under the sink and trash door. Very dated appliances!!! The only eating table was so oversized to the space you could not get around it to eat without removing chairs from 1 side and sitting at the end. Needs screens on the windows to enjoy the ocean breezes. BHI is still a very special place and the position of the villa was perfect: like ocean front.
