This house was perfect. We loved everything and can't wait to come back.

Our stay was great! The place was very clean, had all the things they said it did. The weather was great and the Durango & Silverton Train can in right behind the house. The kids love it! I would definitely recommend it and stay there again! Thank you for sharing your house!

Very nice & clean house, with all new appliances and fixtures. Very spacious with large living areas on each of the two floors. Wonderful kitchen with island. Large dining room table for meals. New washer and dryer. More than enough space for our family. We stayed for four days during Hardrock 100 weekend. Ate dinner on back porch and watched sunset and beautiful views. Enjoyed watching the Durango train that stops by in the afternoons. One of the nicest homes in Silverton. Only a few blocks walk to downtown. We can't wait to return next year.

From beginning to end, property manager Karen was great, always available, responsive and personal! The property was very clean and beautifully decorated, the kids loved seeing the trains everyday, walking the trail next to river and picking huge dandelions. Close to the town, walked everyday everywhere and the locals where very nice. First time in Silverton but it wont be our last and we would definitely stay here again!

I reserved this property almost a year in advance. I had no issues with the long reservation. I received updates confirming the reservation throughout the year. Check in/out was flawless. The property is within walking distance to Main St. A perfect location with unobstructed views of the Mountains. A cross country/hiking trail was next to the property. Silverton Mountain was a 15/20 minute drive. The patio in back made for a safe ski storage area. The property had 3 bedrooms with one bedroom having 2 bunk beds, sleeping 4. There was a TV area upstairs which made a good place for clothes storage for the 2 bunk bed bedroom since there was not much space for the 2 adults using the room. We had 6 adults and had plenty of room to prepare food and eat. The downstairs living room was large enough for the whole group to sit and converse. The property was beautifully decorated and the furniture was top quality. I would have reserved it again for next year had we not decided on a different Ski destination.

Easy in, easy out. Beautiful home in a beautiful location. It was nice and quiet on the backside of town yet convenient walking distance to downtown. Excellent view in all directions.

We have stayed in a lot of VRBO homes and this was one of the best we have rented. It was exactly as it was described and we lacked for nothing. We were even able to make homemade pancakes one rainy morning because of how well the kitchen was stocked. A lot of time went into planning the layout of this house and the decor was both welcoming and inviting. The only thing that would have made it better was if we could ride our side by sides straight to the trails, but that has nothing to do with the owner. We will stay here again!

New construction with a great kitchen and dining area. Beds were great. We will be back!

The home is beautiful. The kitchen is large and well equipped. My kids appreciated the Wi-Fi! We enjoyed watching the trains come in and out. We would definitely stay there again.

Check in was easy, place was very nicely appointed the . Listening to the train in the morning was fantastic . The decor of the house was unique to the location ! Would highly recommend this place to a large family or group. Stayed in town for a wedding in Ureka great location to the lodge .

The house was very well stocked. We had everything there we needed. The house was very clean and comfortable! Great views of the mountains. The drive to and from Silverton during the winter storm was a little difficult but we made it! Definitely need 4x4 or chains to make it. The neighbor that stays in the connected apartment was very friendly and helpful. He cleared the walkways a few times for everyone.

Everything about the house was awesome. Great location. Excellent communication with the property manager. Was excellent to work with. I would not hesitate to book another vacation with this house.

This was a terrific property in a great location. It was an easy walk to many restaurants and shops. Everything was new and fresh.

The Altitude Adjustment was a perfect place to stay. The kids enjoyed the proximity to the trains and the house appointments are wonderful. Very comfortable and enjoyable. Looking forward to staying again next year!

New, modern, well furnished house two 3 short blocks from Main Street. Plenty of room for truck and trailer parking. The Durango - Silverton train comes right next to the house mid afternoon and you can sit on your back porch and watch a steam engine train load amd unload passengers. Great for pics. Animas river is about 100 yards away - walk to it, swim, explore, great area to let kids adventure out and you Can still see them from back porch. The only think I can say negative about this house is it was 2 blocks off the OHV roads in Silverton and the police were pricks about it. I doubt this will be a issue in the future though because all OHV in town is going away 07/01/21I read. It will be a 1-2 mile trailer to trail head thing in the future. Still very good set up for that scenario as well

Our group of 6 six had a great time skiing Silverton Mountain. We had a blast that this house was a great home away from home. The space was very enjoyable and an easy walk to town. We’ll be back!
