The personal is really kind. I lost my train connection, so I arrived a bit after 20h. However, after calling the hotel, they waited for me to do the check-in.
As I couldn't walk too much, the bus schedule, one each hour. If you need to arrive somewhere, it is worth checking well it.

Great value for money. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Paid parking nearby with good instructions from hotel on how to access and pay. Good breakfast and great price. My room was very simply decorated, but clean and comfortable with a nice view on the square. I was given a courtesy upgrade to a larger room.
I would not say I didn't like anything, but I would suggest that an additional chair be put in the room, or the current one replaced with something more comfortable. It was a large room (lemongrass room) and has space for a chair to relax on rather than the simple desk chair currently in the room. There was a little traffic noise in the morning, but I don't fault the hotel for that. It is just symptomatic of the location.

Breakfast was delicious. There were eggs cold cuts salami italian sweet cake tasty cheese even home made bread!
Not much - in fact even though I had a window facing a main street the windows kept out the major amount of noise.

Can be very noisy if you live in a room close to the street; no airconditioner -this can be quite chanlleging for extreme hot days in summer

Helpful staff, extra towels provided for lake swimming, views of the church tower - and the sound of the bells in the morning :)

The receptionist was very kind and she made sure we were comfortable. The place was super clean and cosy. Breakfast was simply amazing!!

Confusion between "double room" and "twin room". Photo of the bed is the same for "double room" and "twin room" in the English version of the Booking app, but there are different photos of the beds in the Italian version of the Booking app. There is a big difference: "double room" means one bed for two people, and "twin room" means two beds in the same room, but you don't see this with the photos in the English version of the Booking app. The Italian version of the Booking app shows this difference.

Eleonora was Friendly and helpful ... we felt at home and at ease...
The weather was a bit hot and the room gad only a fan not AC but as it is strange to have such a hot weather then I can understand the choice of the owner.
