Amazing staff that is always there ready to help and provide best level of service and cater to any needs you may have. The team made our stay very pleasant. Apart from that, the rooms are very comfortable and the hotel offers great and varied breakfast options.

Pillows were not great. Even though the team was very kind and replaced the pillows for new, they didn't really improve.

The room was very nice looking and clean. Plenty of space inside, and even the bathroom had plenty of space. There was a small fridge which was very helpful. Breakfast was tasty, lots of choice.

All the staff was super nice and helpful. Right away helped us with the parking spot, recommended ski rental place, restaurants, ect. The breakfasts were delicious. We didn't expect anything more than a regular Italian breakfast, e.g. croissants and coffee. But here we had fruits, vegetables, pasteries, eggs, yogurts, delicious coffee, ect.

Can't think of anything significant. The only minor issue we saw was dry air in the room at night, maybe due to poor ventilation

It is a very nice and clean hotel near the two car cable. To "5 laughi" car cable is about 250 m from the hotel. The "Spinale Express" is about 300 m from hotel, but the way is much more challenging - a lot of steps. The hotel is almost in the center of the town so there are a lot of restaurants, shops, etc. The breakfasts were very good. There were a lot of food to choose. The staff was very helpful. They tried to fix problems (we had room on the 4th floor and at the beginning we had very poor wifi. After we made a complaint they fixed the problem and the wifi was very good). If you want to use paper ski map, they have in the hotel (there are not paper maps in the ticket area). The parking is not very big, but we do not have any problems with parking place.

Unfortunately in our room was very hot. We could not change the temperature by ourselves so we told about it to the reception. They tried to do something, but anyway we had 22-23 degree in our room when we have the open window.

breakfast very good. alot to choose from egg, fresh fruit, yougurth , cereal, and very good coffee. Nice staff . Pascal was brilliant.

The bed was too hard. Very cheap one. Not comfortable.
