Staff: super supportive. One of the member of our party injured, and Cresta staff immediately checked her status, then suggested us the solutions (private doctor or public hospital) then someone escorted us to the doctor then the pharmacy. Food: extremely rich breakfast, fantastic selection of foods for dinner. All the three evenings the staff congratulated to the guests who had anniversary with some folk-dance and singing improvized. The park: everywhere warthogs, some bushbucks, banded mongooses and cheeky vervets (be careful, they are stealers!) Rooms: cosy Programs: there is a travel office on site, and they organize trips to Vic Falls, Chobe Game Reserve and boat cruises on Chobe River.

Check in time was very long, electronic payment facilities was down, had to pay with cash.

The resort was beautiful and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean with all amenities. The staff were friendly, welcoming and professional.

We were hosted in the furthest cottage/room although loads of space were available closer to the main area. Seems this is the place where the security guards sit and chat the whole Nite. We had dinner which was extremely disappointing. My wife ordered a baby chicken, it was the size of two matchboxes. We asked the waiter beforehand if the dish was filling. The waiters clearly did not know the menu. Extremely disappointed in such a highly rated hotel.

The rooms were very clean, the views are spectacular. The staff were very friendly accommodating and helpful. The front desk lady Malebogo was exceptionally helpful and very professional. Thank you once again.

Location. Big Rooms. Warm people. With special reference to Chef Katlego who went out of the way to make vegetarian food for us eve though restaurant was busy.

Cresta Mowana is a great place to stay. Food was very nice specially breakfast. Staff was friendly and managers very helpful when we were in need of a doctor. Their concern was very appreciated. The boat cruise was also great.

Location is great. Buildings are amazing. Food excellent.

the room is very outdated (especially the bathroom, have a very strong drainage odor). there were coffee (or something else?) stained everywhere on the floor. pool is dirty. they also put the sprays for cleaning and mosquitoes very visible and reachable to kids (very unsafe!)

The hotel is really great, the common area is beautiful, overlooks the river. The room was nice, too. They offer game drivers and river cruises, too

Fabulous food, amazing views and vibes, the home of the Baobab has never let me down! happy staff and well led team by the Wonderful GM Carole. I first went to mown as a17 year old boy after winning a national art competition and was flown by Air Botswana. Me and my little brother were looked after really well and in my 40's to experience it with a slightly grown up lease is magical when you receive such utmost warmth and hospitality. Difficult to put in words, you have to experience it to appreciate it.

I have no qualms about the place. nothing to fault
