Het enige minpuntje was het luide gezang ‘s avonds laat van een naburig restaurant maar dat was maar 1 keer.

Everything you need for a holiday . Good size . Lovely balcony with good views . Excellent position . Would definitely recommend and return if coming here again .

Nothing not to like

This is a great apartment that offers all the commodities for a pleasant stay. The kitchen has everything you need, including dishes, cookware, paper towels, plastic wrap, and a few basic cooking items like salt, pepper, oil, etc. The location is just outside the old town centre, so while it may lack the charm of the old houses nearby, it makes up for it with the convenience of a large parking lot, ease of access and modern amenities. The town of Anguillara Sabazia is absolutely gorgeous!

The bed was not very comfortable, and the pillows were very hard.

Great location. We had the whole place to ourselves which was great. Easy check in. Great host.

Location and views were fantastic. Also, parking was a bonus. Property was very spacious for the price. Heat in the unit was great as we stayed in December.

Bathroom and shower needed some attention. Property needs some tlc. Need to provide more towels and a top sheet for the bed linens. Washer not functioning. Needs some more kitchen wares.

Fantastic position overlooking the lake. Good sized accommodation. Not 5 star but clean and acceptable for the price we paid. Good Wi-Fi

We were ok as only 2 of us. But if six staying in all 3 bedrooms, there were only 5 plates and 3 glasses so someone would miss out. Need to sort out plugs in all 3 sinks which don’t hold water. Not meant as a criticism but would make things better.Otherwise good on the whole.

Location is great, the apartment is huge and has an amazing view of the lake. Host is very friendly and responsive. The town itself is lovely and definitely will get back.

Kitchen could've been equipped a bit better, facilities needed a bit of TLC here and there.
