Es ist ein kleines niedliches Häuschen. Die Lage ist wirklich super - kurz über die Brücke und man ist im Zentrum.
Die Küchenausstattung und auch das Bad haben ihre besten Tage schon hinter sich. Da könnte sicher nochmal nachgebessert werden. Auch von der Sauberkeit haben wir schon andere Unterkünfte gesehen. Aber es war am Ende ausreichend. Die Elektrik ist auch etwas speziell.

La distribución del apartamento, es amplio. Estaba cerca de supermercados y a un pequeño paseo del centro
Bastante sucio. Limpian lo que se ve, debajo de las camas y del sofá está sucísimo. La cocina necesita una renovación, el
horno se cae a trozos. El colchón de la cama grande es pésimo.

A very good price-quality ratio. We had everything we needed; a nice, clean bed with all facilities there. We could stay with two couples in neighboring rooms. There was one other room occupied by persons we did not know, but we did not run into them during our stay and the shared kitchen and bathroom was clean.
We only stayed for one night on our way home from Norway, so I cannot make any statements about things to do in the area. For us it was perfect for the night.

Location is a good walk away from Aalborg, but a little walk away and you have a nice view and bus stops for easy travel.
The bathroom was overheated and the sink in the bathroom drained very poorly.

This has rapidly become my go-to place to stay in Aalborg. Excellent value for money, quiet, convenient, and free parking. Having a working kitchen at hand makes such a difference, too.
The one thing - the only thing - is that having a toaster in the kitchen might be nice. It's a very trivial thing though!

We had a stayover in Aalborg because of a Christmas dinner. The location was perfect: the bus stop is a couple of mins away, and even by walk it's not a big distance to get to the city center. The house is good for 6 people, with 2 rooms upstairs and a living room downstairs with a couch. Self-check-in/out is super easy, with a key box for the key. We were very satisfied with everything, totally recommend it! :)

Located in a quiet area, but still walking distance to downtown Aalborg.
Nice facilities, with lots of space to relax.

Clean common areas, only 3 rooms so it didn't feel crowded. More comfy than a hostel if one wants a quiet environment. It's made on budget but looks quite nice and fresh.
Noisy street on both sides of the room, half basement, so not nice with an open window, and too hot with closed. Some dust balls under the bed :))

Easy check-in, can arrive at any hour with the code system.
The bed was too soft.
Not clean enough (hair in the bed linen, the kettle has a 3 year old limestone layer).

Super easy check in! The kitchen is very well equipped, and the bed was really comfortable :)
